Dr Altman performed both my husband and I’s LASIK surgery. We couldn’t be happier with the results as we both are free from contacts and glasses with 20/20 vision or better. He was very thorough in making sure we were good candidates, explaining the procedure, and what to expect after the procedure. The entire experience was very transparent and Dr Altman’s concern for precision and perfection was evident. The procedure is worth the investment and definitely will change your daily life. Dr Altman performed a miracle for me! I had very dense cataracts in both eyes. it was also a very complicated case due to my having "short" eyes which is very rare. He explained everything to me very clearly so that I knew the risks which were many and assured me that he would do his very best for me and he did. he was sure to schedule me at the end of the day so he had enough time to dedicate to my surgery because of the severity of my condition and was sure to have me seen as the first patient the next morning for post op. the staff at Pottsville and Wyomissing were fantastic! Special thanks to my nurse Tammy for making me feel comfortable at a very nervous time.

Dr. Altman is the best of the best. I got Lasik done by him and he is very informative. He is very nice and has no problem answering any questions you may have.
