Very professional and prompt . Evan is a great realtor. He had a contract on the house within 30 days of it going on the market. He was very professional at taking care of all details to get to closing. He made it easy working through all the specifics of working with the Title agency, changing utilities to the buyer, and making sure all the local taxes were coordinated with the closing date. He was very responsive answering my phone calls and texts with questions about the process of selling the house. I highly recommend him!

Linda is amazing!!! Linda was extremely helpful. My boyfriend and I were first time homeowners and she made sure we understood everything and explained everything in a very detailed manner.
