AT&T Store

Great customer service from parker.I had gone in to pay my bill and was kind of in a hurry due to an emergency call,but did not want to leave the store.Parker explained everything i needed to know about my bill,firstnet,phone options for myself and when my wife is ready for her plan.Very fast and trustworthy service.Thank you parker.

Parker is the person who assisted me in upgrading my phone. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the experience. Also, both Parker and his colleague in the store were both presented with difficult customers/situations while I was there. They handled these customers with the utmost care and professionalism. AT&T should be proud of these two employees!

The store was great it was just I had to drive hour and half more to pay my bill.

Bill was the store rep that assisted us. We came in the store around 6:40pm. We waited like 5 mins cause he was assisting other customer before us. He was so nice and so accommodating. He given us 2-3 options with our internet issues and he never even though of cutting his service as his time was up. There was one other customer came and he assisted her even though that was around 7pm or maybe 2-3 mins to 7pm. AT&T was so lucky to have like him as employee.

Jeffrey, the Manager at the Warren, PA store, was a MAJOR help. I am SUPER happy and relieved that he was thorough and good with transferring me over to AT&T. I got one of Samsung's newest phones. The process did take a bit of time, but we both went over all of my options of what was available for me in my budgetary needs, he went over all of the needed things in a clear way, and explained things when I didn't understand the fine print of it all. His coworkers, Geoff and Bill, gave me some good advice on my options as well. I will definitely be coming back to their store if I ever have any other problems. Super nice and friendly guys. :)

Absolutely loved the service I received from Geoff, Bill, and Sonia. They are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to help even if it just a simple question or simple fix.

Top of the line staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and they all made a fantastic experience dealing with AT&T. This store and its staff is the reason I switched carriers years ago. Never disappointed!

Sonja was a lifesaver!! I went in to have my father's phone carrier changed from Tracfone to my At&t pay as you go account. Tracfone was a nightmare to deal with and gave 3 different account numbers for the same phone. Sonja handled it like a pro and persisted until everything was handled correctly. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. They always have the answers to my questions when I stop in, because I'm not real tech-savy. They don't get pushy with anything that you don't want to buy either. They also have the best prices around if you don't want a contract. I would highly recommend this store and will be sure to ask for Sonja!
