Dairy Queen

I tried the new garlic parmesan chicken. It was really good. They actually made a slight error in our order but fixed it quickly and efficiently. I really like the decor at this dairy queen. It has always been clean, dining area, kitchen and restrooms.

This is such a nice old school, done in Dairy Queen. The building is old school, but very well kept. It is also in a very nice location with a creek and putt putt golf behind the building. Full DQ menu and it is what you expect. Great, friendly staff.

Delicious...they have the best fries and chicken tenders. $7 meal includes sundae. Seniors get 10% discount. Friendly staff.

DQ has the best soft serve. We always just enjoy a plain vanilla cone. This time we also tried the deep fried cheese curds and they are great!!! Highly recommended but do not look at the calorie content!

This is right around the corner from our laundry mat, so we stop here to get treats while we wait. Their smores milkshake is the best.

I love the 2 for $5 menu. This DQ has an excellent manager. She was working right with her staff to make sure everything went smoothly, and they learned everything the right way. It was a busy place but they took care of everyone quickly

Always love going here. Get treated better here than anywhere else. Always fast service and every meal is made right. Counter staff are phenomenal.
The grill master is so quick and never messes an order up. 10/10 keep up the amazing work.

Wow this place just wow, the food is excellent I highly recommend their chicken tenders. They are delicious! And their ice cream to boot is perfectly sweet and delicious. But remember don't eat too much or you won't have room for ice cream. Five stars 👍

Restaurant was clean, servers were helpful, and our Heath bar Blizzards were ah-mazing as always! Yum!

Always a pleasure. Still the best ice cream place. Would love to see one return to the Jamestown,NY area. DQ has always been my favorite place to go for ice cream anytime of the year. Even when it's freezing outside.

I love dairy queen even more now. They give a military discount to military. Such sweet workers are always at the window too. And I love the app point program you can download. Try it.

Plenty of parking. Excellent foods & icecream. Both eat in or carry out. Very nice dining area.pleasant staff. Also behind the store is a mini golf coarse. You can eat & have fun all in the same place. Prices are pretty good.....

We got our order in quick and they had us sit down. Food came fast and was warm and delicious! Never had a bad experience here, food is always fantastic!

PROs:
I have been in several Dairy Queen(s) in my lifetime, some local, some on the other side of the country, some built into truck stops, some built into airports. This Dairy Queen is by far, the very best. Even though the interior and dining area seem very outdated in my opinion, the furniture and fixtures are kept well maintained and in amazing condition considering the age of the store. The place never has any strange odors, like cleaners or garbage or that unclean smell, in fact the cleanliness of the store is beyond reproach, it just seems uncanny how prudent they are at cleaning and maintenance.
The employees on the most part do an outstanding job, and seem fairly competent. As often as i frequent the store, i very rarely see condiments not stocked or an overflowing garbage can or an uncleaned table, And I have never had an order I've placed come up wrong. The food, is almost always well cooked and delicious and it's consistently better than other DQs, the quality puts many other restaurant chains to shame.You can't beat the prices either!

I am splitting hairs here, the comments of mine in this section only reflect my nitpicking opinions and don't at all reflect the quality of the restaurant, the food, or the staff.
There is no coat hook in the bathroom, you have to just drop your coat on the floor or drape it on the sink.
The interior is completely outdated, It looks nice and functions properly, but it's like stepping into a time machine, the old booths and chairs, the ancient cash registers, the interior decor, it feels like 1985 in there.

Other Thoughts:Typing this is making me hungry for chicken fingers and a blizzard.
I know I didn't mention anything about the ice cream in the review, but I didn't really think I had to, It's Dairy Queen, you can't do any better than that, no chain has better ice cream, period.

Today I was working with an individual with developmental disabilities who was craving a milkshake. I went inside to get a menu of flavors. Well they didn't have a take out menu but a very very nice worker named Evelyn went out of her way to write down a list of flavors that I could present to the individual. They made their choice and I went back inside. Again I was greeted warmly by Evelyn who assisted me by taking my order. If I am ever in the Warren PA area again I will most certainly order from this DQ, and it will be becuase of the great service and attitude of Evelyn. DQ you aee lucky to have such a good worker in your employ. Thank you kindly evelym.

My friend and I went there for an ice cream cake and ended up getting a hot fudge sundae as well. Place was clean and employees were nice.

Fantastic staff! We arrived near closing time. Not only did we feel welcome and unrushed but enjoyed the banter with the staff as they completed their closing routine.
