Got our new devices shipped and Jeff followed up with plan options and helped with set-up once the phones arrived. Overall great customer service here! :)

Went into the store to try and get my phone fixed (it was a little old). Jeff tried everything to fix it but it didn’t work. Ended up with the iPhone 15 which is fine. Jeff also took care of some charges on my bill that I didn’t need. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff was FANTASTIC! I went in because my phone broke and was going to get a replacement, but he showed me that an upgrade would be a similar price.
