I called them around 8 am and they arrived (after finishing another job) by 10. They did an excellent job on short notice. They quoted me a price and kept to that price. Richard and his son Rich were great! I highly recommend them.

Company came highly recommended, so I gave them a try. Rich, was professional when he and his worker came. Replaced my float and placed a riser for easy pump out etc, they did a nice job. Rich told me I need to pump my tanks out, and told me his Dad would be around with the truck to do so later that week. Tuesday the following week I called Rich he seemed annoyed by my call. I explained I was just circling back as he told me that they were coming to pump the week prior, they didn't come so that was the reason I was calling. Rich tells me "let me put you down in my book for next Monday 8/1/2022". Today is 8/4/2022, I totally understand companies get busy, and certainly I can wait, but follow-up with your customers, if you can't keep appointments communicate clear expectations. Your the professional that told me I need to pump my tanks, if you can't get to me, simply say "I'm sorry we got tied up, you may wanna call another guy". No phone call causes speculation and creates confusion, but I'll move along, again work that was done, done well, appreciated them and paid them on the spot.
