My fiancé and I visited during a weekend trip to the poconos, and we both enjoyed every aspect of our meal. The views were unique and incredible, the food was top notch, the drinks were delicious, and were pleasantly surprised by the overall cost. We will definitely be back to check out the scenery during other seasons!

We could not have had a better experience dining with Glass. I booked a reservation for my partner’s birthday and it was everything and more. The amazing view of the waterfall and surrounding nature while sipping on their high quality drinks cannot be matched. The food was delightful, but be prepared to share. They offer small plates of loveliness and high quality cheese boards.
The service was incredibly friendly and efficient; our server treated us to a great dinner and dessert, and the manager Jenn is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. In the end we left fully satiated, a little tipsy, and with lots of love for this establishment.

This place was something we wanted to see for the atmosphere and menu looked good. Thankfully both are fantastic we had the croquettes, a vampire slayer and goat cheeseboard, then I had the porkchop and my wife had the sliders. For dessert we had mini macaroons (yummy). The mango jalapeño margarita drink was so good. Thank you a phenomenal service!!! Also there is a terrace for photos of a small waterfall very romantic. Thank you!!

Food was delicious! Scenery was even better and the staff is absolutely amazing!! So friendly and really cares about their customers. The only complaint.. portion sizes. We’re not typically the type of couple to go out and eat at fancy places so this maybe unavoidable for a nice place but we wish there was more to eat, a side or something. We ended up getting 2 entrees each because we were still hungry but it worked out okay because both plates were super yummy!

The food was great and the service was fantastic. They were able to accommodate us with a seating request with no problem. I had the potstickers and the sliders both of which were delicious. My wife had the petite fillet which was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and very generous for a petite. You can't beat the view from the restaurant either. We will definitely be back.

This place needs an updated review. We dined there Thursday while staying at the Settlers Inn. They just started a fall menu.
The food, service and atmosphere were terrific. Several added small plates at reasonable prices too and a pleasant guitarist on Thursdays. Our table for five had great view of falls too.

Sometimes a night out is just what is needed on a Monday... meet a friend, have a few "small plates", a glass of wine, a little treat & a great conversation! This was that sometime... Glass - Wine Bar Kitchen at Ledges Hotel has the perfect setting to sit outside, overlook the waterfalls & enjoy great company...  what more could a girl ask for?  Emma, our server was excellent too!
Unique and delicious small plates | gorgeous setting | great service - WELL DONE!

One of my fiance and I's favorite local spots, we visited on our anniversary last year and everything was amazing, food, service and the veiw alone makes the experience one of a kind, we can't wait to come back again on our anniversary this year!! Editing to add small update: we went back for our anniversary this year and everything was somehow even better!!

We went out of our way to get to the Ledges Hotel in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains. The building is a huge repurposed 19th century glass factory. The restaurant, Glass, is a chef-run small menu elegant eatery. Great bar too. We had truffle fries, a pork chop with raspberries and chicken souvlaki. Live entertainment on the outdoor patio. Definitely five stars, about $90/person.

What more could you ask for delicious food, great wine, perfect ambience with gorgeous views. Stayed at Ledges hotel for the weekend and this was our first meal in Hawley. Romantic and chill with incredible tasting food. Atmosphere is fun but relaxing very chic

The staff here immediately made me feel very at ease. The manager and bartender had a great sense of humor. Drinks here are incredibly well crafted, and the beer list is well curated. I have favorites on the menu but tonight I had the fish special which was a Hawaiian Uku and it was so fantastic. The atmosphere doesn’t need mention, it’s iconic. This place is a hidden gem!

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND*

If you're looking for a nice place with great views and great food in the Poconos, you MUST come here! This place has heated greenhouse outdoor seating that overlooks an amazing waterfall so you can experience it even in the winter. Besides the view, the food is amazing as well. They serve small plates, tapas like items, that are great for sharing. Many of these items are unique, a fusion of different cuisines, and nicely presented. Great place for drinks as well, they do not skimp out on the alcohol. Definitely more of an upscale dining area in the Poconos but still very affordable.

*DINNER*

*Ramen Bites - GET THEM! Bite size ramen noodles, with a piece of pork belly in broth on a spoon. The broth was so rich in flavor and the pork belly so tender

Perogies - fried potato and cheddar perogies. Can definitely task the cheddar but the sour cream helps cut down that taste.

Tempura Platter - a selection of vegetable tempura. Good golden brown fried exterior, soft interior. Love the eggplant one

Chorizo Arancini - fried rice ball, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside

*Unagi Shrimp Skewer - charred shrimp in a sweet brown sauce, really good

*Jamon Serrano - can't go wrong with cured ham. The mustard it came with was fresh, and the mini pickles and pickled onions were not too sour.

*Duck Leg Confit - the duck was done perfectly, it literally fell off the bone. The parsnip puree and red beet and grapefruit gastrique added a nice fragrance and sweetness to the duck

Hawley Fries - slim and super crispy, if you like that crunch with every bite, this is perfect for you

Fried Rice - pretty standard fried rice

*VERDICT*
I would definitely go back again whenever I'm in the Poconos

The place is awesome but if you don't know it's there you'd never find it. Awesome staff very nice and well mannered. The view and sound of that water fall is amazing and relaxing. The live music is great and the food they offer is pretty good too! Some of the meat portions are a bit out of sync I guess? But but with everything that's going i can let it slide. Fantastic place for a date imo!

I dined here for my first time on the 4th of July. Expecting it to be bustling because of the views as well as the holiday, I made sure to snag reservations a full week and a half in advance as I had planned to dine outside. Thankfully we snagged the last outdoor table when we arrived. Although my table wasn't placed exactly next to the falls, the atmosphere of the main dining deck was airy, inviting and charming. Our server, Allison was cheerful, knowledgeable of the menu and punctual to our table yet understanding exactly how we wanted to space out our time dining. She graciously informed us upon arriving that we were free to move about the different decks as we pleased to take pictures and enjoy the atmosphere, which was an unexpected but obviously very welcome surprise. I took her up on that offer later, after a few tables had cleared and I'm so glad I did. The backdrop of cascading waterfalls, mixed with the subtle summer breeze off the mountain does nothing less than add to the ambiance and elegance of each plate that was set out before me. I started off with the Jalapeno Margarita, which Allison was kind enough to suggest on the rocks, since I didn't think straight up would've been pleasant due to the heat. Good call Allison. A delightfully refreshing (and palate tingling) cocktail that left me wanting a few more after I left. Accompanying my drink, I had a charcuterie board with Boar Soppressata, Lomo and Culkin's Creamery Vampire Slayer. All of which were absolutely delicious, as were the accompanying adornments to the board. Thanks to Glass, I now have to order that cheese or I won't be able to rest. Next, I ordered the Patatas Bravas, which struck right to my comfort food loving heart. Fried chunks of potatoes smothered in Queso Blanco, Guanciale and sprinkled lovingly with Aleppo. I found myself mindlessly mopping the dish clean afterwards with the little hidden bits of Guanciale. Following that was the Stuffed Clam, which I paired with a flamboyant little cocktail dubbed The Sazarac 2.0. A little but mighty drink of Rye with a luxurious Absinthe foam adorning the top, which slowly creeps it's way down into harmony with the Rye as it sits. This paired exceptionally well with the afore mentioned Stuffed Clam, in a way that didn't outshine the flavor of the stuffing whatsoever. It's true you could probably get a stuffed clam at many places in the area, but there was a consideration for difference in flavor that was very apparent here. Cheesy, and if I'm not mistaken, an accompanying tomato element of sorts, that pulls the stuffing together with the clams fabulously. Finally, I ordered the Cubano Shrimp. The true star of the meal. The grits were indescribably unctuous and rich with cheese. The combination of Espana Sauce, charred peppers, and sofrito saute base made each element of the dish marry together in pure nirvana, while simultaneously bringing life to each one individually. It was such a hypnotic dish, I ended up saving some for home. I ended the night with a Saranac Blueberry Ale, which helped digest every delicious thing I had just eaten as I walked around the decks, which are just as gorgeous at night. You can't see any fireworks from here, but honestly, even if I could've, the food and drinks would've stolen my attention anyway. I took cake truffles to go, a trio sampler of Strawberries and Cream decorated in red white and blue for the holiday, cookies and cream, and pina colada. I ended up eating them the next day, and I don't even have words to describe how many more of them I could eat if they were in front of me. Highly recommend them as a dessert. Without a doubt, definitely will be returning here. Stellar service, incredible food, and gorgeous atmosphere and surroundings.

We could not have asked for a better experience! The location was beyond beautiful and the service was spectacular. Additionally, the clear partitions between tables made the outdoor dining feel safer. Our server Dan was accommodating, friendly and attentive. The dishes, while on the smaller side, were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Overall very well prices for the experience you are getting. Would return in a heartbeat.
