I can only say GREAT things about this medical facility!!! Our family has truly been blessed by fantastic Healthcare providers at Glacier Medical. Our nurse practitioner Kira Kitchens, is so smart, diligent and thorough. We've also seen the PA's Andy and Stephanie in the Urgent Care who were both fantastic as well! This is one of the best Healthcare facilities I've seen in decades!!! They are so dedicated and caring - I 100% recommend them!! Together, with this team, you can rest assured you will get the best team to support your "wellness journey"!

I went into Urgent Care recently and had a great experience. He had a great upbeat and compassionate attitude and prescribed me exactly what I needed to get over my illness in a timely matter. I did not feel rushed (like you do with some doctors), but instead felt like I was being heard. The intake and outtake was also a pleasant experience.

Speaking as a veteran who served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps from 1963-69, I was quite impressed with Megan, the PA who saw me in urgent care. She listened intently, asked pertinent questions gradually narrowing down symptoms, and then nailed a diagnosis , verified it with Lab work and personally phoned in meds prescription to my pharmacy. My pain and range of motion has greatly improved and I am recovering quickly. Megan is a valuable asset to Glacier Medical and will grow in medical expertise in her career, IMHO, given her natural gifts as a physician.

Very helpful and kind staff. Their X-rays might be out of commission due to some temporary facility damage. so if you think you might need an X-ray make sure you have plenty of time to visit both glacier and the hospital imaging center (2-2.5 hours to be safe).

Glacier Medical is a top notch medical facility with professional staff that go above and beyond to provide quality medical care. Dr. Nitchelm is always attentive and listens to my questions when I am in the office. I appreciate the fact that he hears me and I do not feel rushed or put off when I have an appointment. He is a physician who actually cares about his patients. Thank you Glacier Medical for always doing an outstanding job👍🏻.

I was on a road trip with my husband and unfortunately had to go to urgent care in Columbia falls and I felt very confident with the support and care that I received from the staff. Heather, Julie and I think Kendra was another woman that helped me and they were all very attentive to my needs. Heather who I think is a PA or NP even called me a couple times after to follow up with my care. Needless to say I’m most grateful and thankful for their help! I have been going to Glacier Medical Associates since 1997. All of my experiences there have been positive, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kalbflesch and his staff.

I’m very appreciative of the care and service I received. The receptionist, LPN, and NP were outstanding and Sykes Pharmacy on site researched and resolved my insurance issues. Allowing me to grab my prescription right after my Urgent Care visit. Will definitely return when needed.

Great experience. We were traveling and the clinic worked me in easily. Saw the physician and he treated me and sent us on our way!

Dr. Vesely is a wonderful doctor! She's been our family's GP since 2019 and we couldn't be happier with our choice! She's caring, dedicated, patient, attentive and a great all-around clinician. Big issue or small, she's always there for us. We are grateful for her.

Excellent service. Check-in was easy, waited 5 minutes for the PA that took great care of me. No stress visit. The entire staff is top notch.
