Susan Rhyan, PA-C

I have been seeing Dr. Rhyan for several years and can’t say enough about her compassionate care. She is good at truly listening to your concerns, makes you feel like you have time to explain symptoms and makes sure you understand options and continuing care plans. She is very responsive and thorough and provides excellent treatment advice. I have a complicated set of issues and feel I am being heard and seen and responded to. An excellent medical care provider.

Dr Rhyan was very friendly, nice and cordial. Very easy to understand and explained her procedure quite well along with other methods I could approach. Also she knew what insurance did and did not cover which is always helpful. I highly recommend!

These folks REALLY know what they’re doing. They listen, and that’s important. I see Susan annually, and if I need help between she’s easy to get hold of or see.

Explained to me how much a procedure would cost with my insurance and managed to complete the procedure during my visit instead of making a follow up appointment as she is booked out. Susan and her nurse, Tina, clearly work as a team. Both are smart, kind, listen intently and are incredibly nice. Susan is highly skilled with many years of experience and is able to diagnose and treat every lesion on my skin. Tina is extremely knowledgeable as well. Susan acts unhurried and makes me think I am the most important patient she will see all day, and I always leave feeling better about myself. If you need skin care and want to be treated like somebody special, try visiting this clinic. I am a retired pharmacist and a little too wary of other healthcare providers, but choosing Susan to monitor my skin and help protect me from skin cancer is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I have been dealing with a dermotology problem for far too long and decided to see a specialist. I was referred to Susan and am very glad! She displays a deep knowledge of her profession and was great to talk too. Seemed to really care, and I was also put well at ease by her nurse and staff. The front desk staff, nurse, and PA-C all worked together to provide excellent patient care. They seemed to have a good system to provide wonderful care in a very efficient manner. Susan is a wonderful dermatologist! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! The front desk staff and nurses are very nice and welcoming as well. I am always in and out of the office quickly, and my appointments have never been pushed back. I highly recommend Susan for any dermatology needs!
