After a horrible horrible experience at another hotel in town, it was so nice to walk into this one and it be clean! The worker allowed us to check the room out first to make sure it met our standards. Big clean room, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Plus you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg. Thank you for a good experience!

Great value, quality room.

It's no longer the travellodge. It's the Cozy House so just know when you get there. It's a cute, quiet little place. The room was very spacious and clean, the decor is like going to grandma's so it's cozy....

Cleaner than places we have spent more for. Better mattress would have made it perfect!

Eonline price on the MapQuest did not match the price when I arrive from $54 to $78. The pool was not functional. The staff member I met was very nice and polite though and it was relatively clean. It seemed to me remodeling as well.

In really bad shape, curtains not completely on the rods, base boards were off, smelled musty. They wanted more for a room than the really nice motel a few miles further. The front desk person was very nice said they were just starting to fix it up.

We knew this as "Cozy Inn"

1) Bell by "Ring bell for service" wasn't there.
2) Room lock didn't work. We had to have a manager let us in.
3) Internet didn't work.
4) Four post bed required stairs to get in.
5) One lamp had knob broken.
6) Something in the room sparked allergies.

We stayed. We got our rest. But we were glad it was only one night. Why 2 stars instead of one? Because we've actually stayed in worse.

Up date on my original review. We went to the front desk and spoke with the owner about our concerns, the owner was very polite when we asked for a refund. He just explained to us that he would have liked to know our concerns prior to leaving in the morning as he didn’t want us to have a bad experience. He said that if we were unhappy in his home that he would have placed us somewhere else. I really appreciate the way this man worded this and the way he handled our situation. I think that this man is horribly overworked, I would love to see this place become the hotel that I know it can be and I think if the owner had some help that it could be that for sure.

Room wasnt ready when we were going to check in, pool was dirty so it was closed but the guy said we could still seim....ummm no thank you I'm not risking it. The guy at the front desk was rude and said he doesnt take comments because people complain. He had a bad attitude. I dont know if hes overworked or just rude but I was NOT happy. He also said there was no bread for breakfast because people complained. Here's a thought fix it instead of just avoiding it or getting rid of it. Wont be staying here again and that's sad because a few years ago it was good...

No free breakfast as it was advertised. Room was not clean, drapes did not shut all the way. Look elsewhere as this place has a new owner and not well cared for.

This is not a Travelodge it is called Cozy Inn. Be aware of this
