KWIK STAR #229

This is my absolute favorite quick star in the entire Waterloo Iowa area. The staff are amazing, and never cease to brighten my day.

The employees were super helpful and kind. I lost my wallet there today. I called they found it and kept it save until I could pick it up, all cards and cash was in it. They wouldn't take a reward. What a great place

The workers are Always friendly, store is always clean, huge variety of products, large hot cases for on the go eats.

Really like this location. Friendly employees, clean store. Unlike most other Kwik Stars in the area, this one has a spacious parking lot. Even when they're busy, there's room to park and to easily get in and out of parking spaces and the pumps.

They always have what you are looking for.

Jaylen 😃Excellent customer service. You truly are an Angel! It is refreshing to be greeted with a smile and someone who is actually happy being at their job. He knows what he is doing and is paying attention to the details; had my gas rung up,new plastic milk card ready for me (explained how it worked plus gave me a $1 off)and asked me if there was anything else I needed.I didn't have to ask for my receipt; he had it ready. Is it part of the job? Possibly, but if I wasn't so impressed with this young man I wouldn't be giving a review.He is an exemplary employee and great management material!

We stopped at this Kwik Star for gas and potty break on our way home from South Dakota. The store is very nice and clean. The restrooms were clean and stocked. We also picked up drinks and snacks for the end of our trip.

Lots of everything open 24 hours. Don't like when staff in back if go after 2 am not sure if safe

there's a sandy blonde haired girl that works saturday overnites and always insists that my coffee is fresh and wont let me out of there if it is old.tall slender white girl very good hospitality skills you should give her a serious raise.

Angela Ramon is the best food service worker in the store. She is polite,courteous,and very helpful and always busy. She’s the reason I come in

Very impressed with this gas station they have plenty of food to choose from besides your typical hotdog and nachos.
Very clean bathrooms and nice employees and a ton of pumps and gas choices from e85 to diesel to top grade premium

Purchased 2 elite car washes on Memorial Day and somehow lost the receipt and the manager on duty tonight printed out 2 new ones for me. Awesome customer service and very much appreciated!!!!

The 5.99 thincrust pizza y'all sell wasn't sliced up.. Its all good

They really should have built 2 car washes here. Always super busy inside & long lines but they always have things stocked.

I like quick Stars no he's got some pretty decent food there and everybody's always so friendly

Love the fresh coffee!!! Clean store. Doughnuts are delish. Serves fresh breakfast sandwiches and lunch foods.

I know this is a newer Store to our area but it's always kept clean shelves are stocked and their Staffing well I should say they chose their staff well.

ALWAYS Friendly, Fun, Fast & Fresh Foods... You may have to wait in line, but So worth it.
