Rion and his crew are top notch! He makes the whole process simple and straightforward from providing an affordable quote to installing high quality 50 year shingles in a day. They laid out tarps to collect nails and debris in addition to having a guy run clean up throughout the day. They encountered several areas of dry rot on the eaves and obtained materials over lunch to replace several sheets of plywood and replace the facia boards and facia to fix it properly. Everything was done that day except reinstalling the soffits, which they did the next day. I'd absolutely recommend Rion and his crew to anyone looking to have their roof or other exterior work done on their house!

Rion was easy to work with. He communicated regularly about schedule. The crew was very efficient, doing the entire roof between 8 AM and 2 PM. They did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. It was a reasonable price for quality work. They did my roof 9 years ago and were the only call I made when it needed to be redone after hail damage. I highly recommend Schulze Enterprises.

I was concerned with some possible underlayment boards needing replaced and Rion was on it, explained what the fix was and how they were going to fix the problem. Rion and his crew are top flight and very professional, easy to work with, and quality workmanship. They were able to complete my roof in less than one full day.

We had roof damage due to Derecho. From quote to install was just over 30 days. Communication was excellent. The install crew showed up early to prepare for teardown. They placed tarps around the whole house and cleaned up as they went to avoid getting debris in the neighbors yards. The roof looks great. Thank you!
