Service has definitely improved. However, a multi-line phone system (it is the 21st century) would help. People would rather be put on hold for a minute than to get a busy signal for 10 straight minutes.

Drops off and picks up drunk people at Dinks Bar when kids are riding the transit. There should be limited hours for the bars so as not to intermingle children with partiers/drunks.
