I took my uncle here to see whether his old hearing aids could be fixed or if he'd be getting new ones. He was treated very well and they went over all options with the utmost patience and he will be getting new hearing aids. Thank you for taking care of him.

The ladies at Beltone were very friendly. They tested my hearing even though I wasn't able to get a hearing device. I try to get a hearing test every year but wasn't able to go to my normal place. The lady who tested my hearing did a good job and didn't hurt my ears or anything. I was very satisfied with the results.

I had an appointment with ASI BELTONE today. It was far above my expectations of an excellent experience.
I arrived 30 minutes early and was greeted immediately.I was asked for my hearing aids to put them on the cleaning machine to help speed up the appointment.
I was then asked if I would like a cup of coffee and a cookie while I waited. I was told to feel free to take the very nice ceramic coffee cup home when the appointment was over. I barely had time to get started when I was asked to come to the lab area where Ann Marie introduced herself and started the very thorough exam of my hearing and my hearing aids. All in a very relaxed atmosphere.
. At the end of my visit I was told to reach out at any time with any problems or questions I might have. She then told me her schedule there to make reaching out very easy.
If you suspect hearing loss or your old hearing aids are not working as well as they used to contact the team at ASI to get back the hearing you deserve.

This was my first experience with getting my hearing checked and ordering a hearing aid and she was very helpful and I am anxious to get my first hearing aid!

After the 1st of 2021 I contacted Hear.com about hearing aids. They were working thru ASI Audiology in Creston, IA. went there had a hearing test, which I knew I needed help. I worked with AnnMarie Kinsella, Hearing Instrument Specialist. She was very well versed in the workings of the aid I selected. Explained everything I needed to know as well as how to apply them. Very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to understand. She made me feel at ease, which I appreciated. I would give her Top Ratings!

I was traveling from Arkansas to Iowa to visit family. I was afraid one of my hearing aid tube was to brital and might break. I called several places from WesDemoines to Creston looking for tubes to go from behind the ear to ear plug.

ASI had my ear tubes, hooks for Starkey, a container to dry my hearing aids in at night.
The people there were very nice and helpful...besides having accessories for hearing aids. Thank you !!
