I'm so grateful to have such a wonderful yoga instructor! Toni's classes are fun yet challenging and she is very skilled at adapting poses to different skill levels and abilities. She is welcoming to all and has many practical tips to make yoga work for everyone. I highly recommend her group classes and individual sessions.

I throughly enjoyed the two classes I attended at the Yoga Wellness Center! Toni is so down to earth, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She cultivates a very welcoming environment. Toni is extremely open to questions and always asks the individuals in her class if there is anything in particular they’d like to work on. She was very efficient with providing modifications to make yoga positions/postures more challenging or less challenging, which I think everyone appreciates. I appreciate her taking the time after class to answer questions and give thoughtful advice on how to advance your practice. A great experience and I would definitely recommend trying it out if you haven’t!

I thought I couldn’t “do yoga” and was intimidated by complex poses when I first started attending Toni’s classes. That all changed on my first day of class with Toni and continued with each class I took. She leads practices that help focus each individual, helping you tune into your own strengths and abilities. We would begin with simple movements and breathing. Her guidance builds and builds and before you know it you are in a crown pose and completely focused. My favorite part of each class is at the end- when I realize just how relaxed and at peace I am.

Toni Marie LaGree brought so much yoga knowledge and love and light to the Glasgow Community 10 years ago! I have practiced with her for many years and was astounded that something as gentle and peaceful as yoga could have such a positive effect on my body and mind.
Toni helped me to be physically stronger and mentally quieter. Her classes were alway adapted to the physical needs and/or limitations of her students. She taught us so much about anatomy and made it really fun!
My only regret is that I didn't start doing yoga 30 years ago!

A wonderful place to learn and practice yoga. All are welcome and encouraged to do the best of their abilities regardless of body type or age. The instructors are kind and encouraging. The facility is open and warm. YMC has definitely caught my attention and I have been actively attending classes 2x per week for the last year.

A great studio with a very knowledgeable teacher. If you find yourself in the area and your a yoga practitioner then the YWC is a must stop.
