This place is cute! Enjoyed the family atmosphere and genuine hospitality.
The food is fabulous, portions are larger. The staff are very friendly and attentive. This restaurant is very busy there will be a wait to be seated and to get your order but WELL WORTH THE WAITING! Many options to choose from on the menu!
The coffee was very good and hot! The price is under what we expected for the meal size!!! Super clean as is their restrooms, stalls are on the smaller side. Love the farm style deco!

HOLY SMOKES THE CINNAMON ROLL WAS HUGE! I've never seen a cinnamon roll that big before! One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. I mean I only had a cinnamon roll and grape juice but most cinnamon rolls I ever order don't taste this good. The person I was with ordered this breakfast with what looked like homemade pounded out sausage and that tasted pretty good as well. Asked where is a good place to eat in this area and was recommended this place. Overall, I would recommend this place if you need to stop and get breakfast.

Loved this place. Stayed in Osceola Iowa for a few days, and ate here both mornings for breakfast. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and courteous. Had the same waitress both days, she was great! Portions are generous, was not able to finish mine either day. They have the biggest cinnamon rolls I have ever seen. Highly recommend. Can't wait to eat there again if I get back that way. Artwork on the walls is awesome, their moto is "Home cooking so good you'll think that we stole your mother" 🤣 I absolutely loved that. They didn't steal my mother personally but possibly my grandmother.

Food is awesome and service is also AWESOME. I live in Arkansas and this is the second time I have been here. I would come every week if I lived closer. Truly home made home cooking.

Family table is a very nondescript looking restaurant from the outside, but what you get inside is friendly service an excellent home cooking.
Don’t let the outside for you. Definitely check this place out.
I have the Italian grinder which is basically ground sausage with marinara sauce, mixed in with it and mozzarella cheese, due to a previous poster mentioned it didn’t come with any onions or peppers. I asked for caramelized peppers and onions and they did it and then I got extra marinara sauce to add and it was fantastic , the onion rings that I asked for on the side I told him I didn’t want that many there was a big pile on that plate and they didn’t charge any extra for that over french fries. They were hand breaded thin and fantastic.
I highly recommend giving family table to try. It was busy. That should tell you something.

Great little place! My husband had the steak omelette, and there was so much steak you could hardly see the eggs. I had French toast, and got 3 super thick slices perfectly grilled. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Great breakfast, staff and location. I had breakfast here for 7 days in a row while deer hunting. It’s everything you hope to find on a trip. Great food, fast and great atmosphere. It’s a grass roots Iowa family place. So wear your jeans, and cat hat. My kind of place.

The service from the time you walk through the door is warm and welcoming. The food portions were huge! We left with togo boxes on sides and sandwiches. The atmosphere is more of a diner, but it all tied together. Overall, I would give this place a 10/10. We will stop again.

The cinnamon roll is huge! And tasty. The unfriendly waitress even I lived the order up got the 3 stars. However the waitress that answered and took my order was friendly

Fun local diner with good solid comfort food sandwiches and meals. I had the Italian Grinder with a locally produced sausage and it was quite good - though add some green peppers and it'd be spot on. The home-made onion rings were good too; lightly breaded and generously portioned.

This place doesn't produce any bad food and the ice tea is perfect! Better show up hungry because the portions are huge!

Breakfast is gooo-ooood. Add some gravy. You won't regret it.

Great breakfast, good prices. Best part is they have a cinnamon roll for $5 and it's bigger than your face. very fun to eat
