Dr. Koch did an amazing job with my son's bilateral otoplasty. He was great with my young son and the surgery was a smashing success. We drove over 3 hours one way to see him each time and would happily do so a million times over. He is kind and caring and goes the extra mile with patient care.

My wife was referred in by her ENT for a 10 min consult and walked out with a bill for over $700.

A fee for a new patient office visit is understandable; however not informing the patient of the financial responsibilities prior to doing a 'procedure' seems a little off basis.

Please consider changing your standard operating procedures to save your future clients time, money, and frustration.
