I can only comment on customer service, but WOW!! Donna Jean is truly outstanding! Someone decided to use our credit card and purchase flowers for people across the country. In an attempt to stop the order, I called and spoke to Donna Jean after hours. She was so caring and did everything within her power to help with the issue. She has since checked in several times to see how things were regarding the incident. This in no way benefited her and I live hundreds of miles away! I can’t tell you a thing about her flowers, but I can tell you that if she invest the time and care that she has shown our family into her flowers, you will not be disappointed!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I ordered flowers from Donna, Friday, and I got a lot more " flowers" than I expected for the money I paid. She not only sent me a one sided picture of them but of all sides to make sure I was totally satisfied. She made sure that if there was anything I didn't like about the arrangement to make sure and tell her and she would change it to what I liked. She went "beyond the call of duty", even on the phone. She made me feel as if she was making the arrangement for one of her family members. We have done business with her for years.
