Los Pueblos

Have been coming here for years and have to give my full review.
This would be for me the best Mexican spot in the Lakes area.
I prefer a restaurant that makes food like I would at home. This is very good and might be better than home because getting a nice drink is the plus.

On this particular visit everything was very very good. We arrived at about 11:20 am for lunch. Our party of 4 was seated right away. Our beverage orders were taken and fulfilled quickly. The menu offers many Mexican favorites and an American section as well. I ordered a Chicken Burrito with refried beans and rice. My wife had three shrimp enchiladas. The food came quickly and was plentiful and tasty. Service was great and we plan to return and try more menu items.

This place was delicious and the prices were very fair! The strawberry daiquiri was also good!

Visited Los Pueblos for a birthday party with 12 other patrons and service could've been iffy, but everyone was on top of their game, from refilling chips and salsa and drinks to getting our orders and food.

Food was great, everyone was satisfied with their meals. Will definitely be back.

Gotta love Los Pueblos. Great food and the best service I’ve ever had. Luis, Malachi, and Montana are absolutely awesome. Went there “a couple” of times and they knew my order when I walked in :)

Carne asada tacos, steak taco salad, and fajita enchilada combo plate were all great quality platters for this Mexican restaurant. Our waiter, Luis, was very attentive and helpful during the entire dinner. Very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of food!

And they sang to me with maracas and a sombrero for my birthday! The just give you free cinnamon sopaipilla chips for your birthday, but it was still a great experience!

Wonderful authentic Mexican/American grill. Excellent staff who was quick. Food came out quickly and was sooooo yummy!!!

We arrived at 6pm on a Sat night; and we were immediately seated. The waitress was friendly and provided complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa was amazing!
We ordered a pitcher of frozen margaritas and it was truly frozen with ample flavor and alcohol.
Our food arrived quickly and was steaming hot! The food was amazing and so authentic! And the prices are right! This is a hidden gem of Okoboji! Check it out!

Love Los Pueblos! It is a very good place to eat Mexican food. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and attentive to whatever you need. Los Pueblos is very clean, and so are the restrooms. The food is very, very good, and their margaritas are excellent! ;)
I have been to this restaurant many times, it is my go-to restaurant when I'm at the Lakes! :)

We can not say enough about the fabulous service! We were a group of 23 and they were absolutely amazing, the food was delicious and they made sure everyone had everything they needed !!

Food was great! Not your cookie cutter bland Americanized Mexican restaurant. Sure they had the basics, but they have some very good "authentic" options. There house hot sauce was fantastic! Service was among the best service I've ever had at any restaurant.

Absolutely recommend this place, very much have become a regular. Great people, amazing food. Treated like Family! Margaritas perfect, always a great time.

Thanks to the lovely staff here allowing me to order (out of the closed kitchen), I am no longer going to starve to death. Awesome all around experience. Will most definitely be comimg back!!
