Had issues getting phones switched over yesterday. My family went in today and got Logan to help them. Issues were solved and both parents are happy and remarked how great and knowledgeable Logan was. Thanks Logan!!

Logan was extremely helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and as quick as can be. He willingly stayed late (the store closed before we finished) to finish finalizing and setting everything up as I only had 45 mins between today and tomorrow free. He was great at explaining everything and was willing to double check things when I had my doubts. He got me my best possible deal and went through each change individually and what it meant. He was great at multi-tasking and handling different things at once while still remaining respectful and polite. I would absolutely receive help from him again!

I've been with this company for about 5 years. Same placeand they always treat me very well. Very good customer service and always willing to help me out on finding things and getting things straight.

Logan was very nice. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and what to expect in the next 24-48 hrs during the switch to Verizon.

Connor was so helpful and professional. After talking to him on the phone about my issues he invited me to come to the store. He greeted me prepared with several options of phone and accessories- including a watch to sync with the phone. The account is in my husband's name and Connor was most respectful and kept him appraised of the program costs, etc. Connor was respectful and supportive of me being a senior with little knowledge of technology. He was calm. Direct. Efficiently transferring data and setting up the system. He also dealt very calmly and fairly with another customer who was being very difficult and even sent him away satusfied and left me feeling amazed. I was very impressed and very satisfied with Connor's work performance and attention to detail, his people skills. I would recommend him. Thank him for me. He is an asset to your company.

Logan provides top notch customer service at our Wahpeton ND Verizon store. He found discounts we qualified for! He is knowledgeable about Verizon products and verified online b4 giving us final info on our new billing. He took time with us and we didn't feel like he was pushing us. Logan is a genuinely good and nice person. We had been in b4 when my phone was having issues and he took alot of time troubleshooting it. So, recognizing he was giving us good advice and customer service, we asked for him when we later bought a new phone. 👌 Great work, Logan!

Gach has helped me with the last two phones I have gotten. He is so knowledgeable and helpful! He makes sure everything gets transferred over with no problems and is always available for questions!
