Today I went in there with a phone that needed to be turned on. Tracy got it fine for me. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I also talked to Stanna. She was very helpful and and very nice.

When I first went into the store I did not know but I really was looking for but I knew I needed to upgrade my phone. I selected the new Motorola razr. It wasn't stock but Stanna called to find out how long it would take if they could get it here and place the order. She took the time to go through everything with me and even reviewed my current plan and we made a change that's a benefit for me. When the phone arrived she went through all the details made sure that all my apps were transferred from my old phone. She is very personable and works with customers really well. I have friends that are looking to upgrade their phone so I recommended that they go and speak with her.

Stanna was wonderful help yesterday! She got my husband and I both new phones and got our bill cheaper. She was great help! Thank you!!

The two ladies that helped me were amazing. They were funny and I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Mowed my Galaxy S21+ on 4th of July. Gentry worked 2 days to get ALL my info off & onto a new phone. Don't even want to think about my lack of independence if she hadn't helped me so expertly & kindly.

Tracy is very patient, very knowledgeable, took extra time. Showed me examples and answered my questions on the differences between Samsung and iphone.

Excellent customer service very helpful and very diligent did a 4 line contract start up in about 2 hours was awesome the whole through and explained everything and answered all questions very great experience thank you again Tracy Truex and Gentry Meador for your excellent customer service

Gentry was the kindest person and gave me the BEST customer service experience I have ever had at US Cellular. She stayed after hours to help me and even switched my plan around to save me money. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and got my issues resolved immediately, she was very sweet and amazing to talk with. I've never felt more cared for or respected by a US Cellular employee. Not only did she work quickly but she was the ONLY employee there for the week and is able to help everyone that comes in. Gentry certainly deserves recognition for her amazing work ethic and dedication.

Gentry was very helpful and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions about my bill and helped me upgrade my phone.The only complaint i have was they didn't have a case for my phone.

So Michael., the store manager calls me to let me know that I am eligible for a phone upgrade. So I make an arrangement to come when he opens the store so I can be waited on right away. He not only takes care my upgrade but during this time he will answer questions to the 3 other customers who walked in. He is not only knowledgeable but talented enough to multi task. I am thankful to be a US Cellular customer

Really can't complain about service although I wish I wouldn't have switched to a Samsung Flip phone. iphones rock! ✌❤‍🔥😁

Sam helped me get set up with my new phone and answered any questions I had while helping other customers. She makes sure everyone is taken care of and keeps communication open with customers waiting to be helped. I also had someone help me from the Clarinda store on Thursday and she was AWESOME! There was a discrepancy in amounts due for an upgrade and she took care of it and was super friendly.

Gentry did a great job has My back multiple times when I'm having phone problems. Really like the new phone works great. No complaints, just get some rat poison for whatever rodents chewed through the wires last year. 🤣 🤘
