I used Cresco Bicycles for a warranty issue with my Jamis Dakar. Of all of the bike shops I've had experience with, these guys, by far, provided the best communication. The service was quick and with quality. There was also a great vibe inside the bike shop. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I was riding on the Wapsi Great Western Trail and crashed in a tight turn. Bent up the front wheel of my bike. I brought the wheel to the shop, got a replacement and was out the door within an hour. With the price I paid for a new rim, tube and axel I felt like I got a deal. I am from the St. Paul area, but if I lived near Cresco I definitely would by a bike from this place.

My daughter has stopped by many times with her bike at Cresco Bicycles to ask questions and for assistance with filling her tires. Mr. Puffer has always been gracious and very helpful. So glad we have such a great shop in our little town!

I went to this shop for a new chain. The guy Keith that was there was very rude. Told me that BMX bikes are supposed to be silent and that my hubs were trash. My hubs on my BMX are sealed bearings. Meaning that they are top of the line. The bike I have is 2015 Fit Mach 3. It is a 600$ bike with upgraded parts. For this guy to tell me my hubs are shot was a stupid move. I will NEVER go back to this shop in addition by telling me that a BMX is suppose to be quiet and not make a clicking sound. This in turn is just like saying a Harley Motorcycle should not be loud but sound like an electric car. BMX's are trademarked for that clicking sound. This guy is a complete disgrace to the Bicycle world and should be educated. I have worked at a bike shop for 2 years building repairing and test riding bikes. Mainly BMX's. And for him to tell me this is an insult. Screw him!
