We’ve purchased all our campers from Camp Site RV. We were looking to update our camper and also gain more space as our kids have gotten older. Ryan spent plenty of time going through options with us and helping us find the perfect floor plan! Everyone from sales to service was great to work with!

We bought our second RV from Camp-Site!

At the time, we were softly looking at fifth wheels (we had a travel trailer). The floorplan of the fifth wheel was something we've been looking for & it was a holdover, so it was discounted nicely. After some discussions, we decided to go look at it & we knew immediately that this was going to be our next RV.

Ryan was awesome to work with. He answered any questions we had & made sure we were taken care of. The day we went to pick it up, they walked us through the camper, top to bottom; inside and out. They also installed the fifth wheel hitch for us. The whole transaction was smooth & easy.

After we got it home & did a deep look into everything, we found a couple of things that needed warranty work done & Camp-Site made sure everything was taken care of when we brought it back.

I have purchased four other RVs from dealers from small $9000 trailers to $90000 Class C and in between. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. From the sales to the pre delivery inspection to the actual delivery, I was treated with respect and care. I got a great offer on my trade in and at no time was there any sales pressure. They did a thorough inspection which is critical with RVs and fixed some items that I’m sure other dealers would have missed. I am a full time RVer and I will make a effort to return here for service due to my experience. I should mention that I’m not from the area but rather was looking online and they had the best trailer at the best price. I had no idea the service was going to be so good too.

Update: I did come back for service and some upgrades. Excellent experience again and I am so happy I made the trip.

I found my camper via the Camp Site RV website. Called and started the purchase without stepping foot into the dealership. My salesperson was jason and i was please with the service and process. On the day of delivery, I drove 2 1/2 hours to visit the dealership for the first time and I was blown away by the friendly people and welcoming atmosphere. I received and thorough and informative walk-through from Mark and was soon on my way to new adventurers. I would definitely purchase at Camp Site RV in the future!

We were so pleased to find RV repair same day for our gray tank leaking break. Camp Site RV was awesome. They repaired the broken drain and reinforced mounting for the gray tank in 2 hours while we waited in their comfortable in-store waiting area. All the folks were so very friendly and helpful. My wife and I were camping in Decorah and I left the keys for the camper at home, which was over 2hrs away. I was given Campsite RV name by several local people that tried to help us. I gave them a call and they went out of their way to help us out and unlock our camper. Staff was friendly and kind when I called in and explain the situation and the guy who showed up (sorry didn’t get name) was in and out and refused to let me pay him some money for his time and trouble. I have no doubt that this place is a great place to do business and recommend these people for sure. If we are ever in the need again for RV parts or repair I would for sure go here based on my experience. Great job here everyone, meant a lot to us.

Amazing place to buy a camper! Jason was quick and friendly in the buying process as well as the rest of the staff. I inquired on the campsiterv website and had a purchase agreement within the next few days and all my questions answered right away. I am so beyond happy with my new camper. I would recommend this place to everybody looking to buy a camper.

We really enjoyed working with the team at Camp Site to buy our camper. Ryan showed us 15 different campers on our first visit and helped explain the differences in each make, model and all the available features. His brothers and family working in each of the departments we worked with were all just as helpful and made it easy to get answers to all of our questions to make the whole process go so smoothly. We had a lot of questions! We really appreciated their patience and their honest opinions on things we were in question about going with or leaving out. We hope to keep this camper for a long time but we will definitely go back to them for our next one!

What can we say but this place is the BEST!!!!
It’s been a family affair there for years and you can tell. Excellent attention to detail no matter what the problem or concern.

From answering the phones, to sales, to finance, to parts, to service this group never lets any stone be unturned so to speak.

You have a problem they have experienced it before and know the fix. They have sent their mobile mechanic over 70 miles to address a concern on the used camper we bought from them.

This is why we just bought a new Montana 5th wheel from Campsite. Well worth twice the drive for the deal Ryan made us on our trade in. And knowing Kelly and Kyle are always there to answer our questions( and we have peppered them with tons over the last few years!)what more could we ask for from a dealer!
