Katherine I Meyers, DO

Dr. Meyers has been my doctor for over eight years. She has always been straightforward, knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, empathic. She has always encouraged me and continually advocated for me. I feel she cares about me.

I have been going to Dr. Meyers for a couple of years now. She has always really listened to any of my concerns and offered appropriate treatment and solutions. She’s very consultative in her approach and couldn’t recommend her more!

I’m a new patient of Dr. Meyers and found her to be patient, professional and caring. I’m very happy with the way she discussed my concerns and my best course of treatment . She treated me with respect and I think she’s a good doctor. Gave her 4 stars because I disagree with her on a medication issue, but am overall satisfied.

My mother is in a nursing home and has contracted COVID. This doctor came to the room and checked on the other patient and not my mother. When my mother asked for her, she told her that she has already seen her this month. Are you kidding me!!?? What kind of heartless doctor does this? Is my mother’s Medicare not paying her enough? I’ve heard she’s on some different boards. Perhaps she’s on too many boards and needs to step down and take care of patients. This is very disheartening that the baby boomer generation is being treated with the utmost disrespect and second rate care. My sister has also tried to call this doctor and she has never received a call back.

Multiple times it would take a week or more for Dr. Meyers to respond to my parents needs at the care center and when our family contacted her through unity point, she was more concerned about who told us to call her directly. Very unprofessional.

She was amazing at first always listening and trying to help. Not until general prac. guilt trip, and lying so PLEASE BE CAREFUL
