Jones County Court House

Beautifully built building. Quick and easy to get a new license didn’t have to wait long. Everyone inside was friendly.

Before that I tried to passed my driving test in the Cedar Rapids and people there very rude, impolite and impatient. They have very poor Costomer service there I will never recommend to anybody Cedar Rapids Driver's License Station!!!

I can't say enough good things about our treasurer's department. They are super nice and helpful and they really know their business. You rarely have to wait in line and when you do, it is only for a few minutes, unlike a larger county's office. A number of the employees have been there for many years and have the answers for any questions you may have.

I had a fairly routine transaction. Ben helped me out and was very polite, as was the other girl I had to deal with. I don't remember her name. If you get fed up dealing with the state offices, go to your local county office. They seem to be just better people than those that work for the state.

VERY Nice drivers license facility!!
I didn’t have the required ID, went back home got my ID and came back.
(My fault that I didn’t have the ID required)
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate (not the decorative one but the real official one)
- Current Drivers license
- Proof of residency / address (an electric bill, vehicle registration; something that shows that you live at the address that you say you live at).
If you have a passport / VISA bring that too.
Once I came back everything was completed in about 15 minutes.

The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. It was busy the day we went and were processed through quickly and efficiently. they are very knowledgeable about almost any question you could throw at them.
