Jason Weinberg was amazing. Old car broke down and we were just trying to find something soon. Jason was able to get us an amazing interest rates and incentives. He was super sweet and has amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Everyone treated me like a human rather than like a walking credit score. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I appreciated everyone's sense of humor as well. I cannot say thank you enough for not just the way I was treated (valued and welcome) but also for listening and understanding when working out finances. A few weeks ago I bought my 2022 Toyota Tacoma from Karren at Albia Ford. She provided some of the most friendly and laid back sales service I have ever encountered. Karren was extremely knowledgeable about my truck, the previous owner, ( only put 21,000 miles on it ) and made me feel welcome during the experience. At the beginning of the transaction I let her know i was not going to purchase extras. She was just fine with that and never pressured me to do so.
I have purchased many vehicles in my life from many dealers, including Harley Davidson, Arctic Cat ATV's, Jeep, Chevy, Dodge and a few used autos. This was the best experience ever, largely due to Karren, Thomas (general manager) and Jason (finance manager). All of them were professional, warm, and friendly. I really liked this team. Saved by the Albia Ford dealership!! my Toyota Rav 4, Thumping knocking noise in the front -down hwy 34 , called them and crept in to really great guys who found my lugs nuts were not torqued right and the left front tire was about to fall off!!
