I want to Thank Dr. Virko for all her support over the years. She has helped me through a lot. She was always there when I needed her support. Will miss her and her excellent work.

My appointments with Dr. Martin have always been punctual while taking the time to be through. She’s always refreshed herself with my very well documented records and listens closely to my reasons for seeing her again. She provides very professional yet very personal care each and every time I need to see her. I feel she has diagnosed me with total accuracy and has helped me beyond measure. I totally trust her and the entire staff at the Monroe County Hospital. And the facility is top self on all levels.
I 100% recommend Dr. Martin and the Monroe County Hospital.
I drive nearly one hour one way for my appointments for good reason.

Going to my Healthcare provider Jen Archer, physical therapy, x-ray, lab or being in the hospital which I have been, I know I will be greeted by the most fantastic staff you'll ever find anywhere in any Hospital or clinic!! As always I'm greeted with a friendly smile to welcome me and help from the time I enter till the time I leave whether it's telling or showing me what room I'm to go to or push me in a wheelchair!! Monroe County Hospital and Clinics are completely top notch considering all the hospitals I've been in throughout the past year and starting 2023!! Thank you too all the staff for your very kind support every time I'm there!!

Always worth the drive from ottumwa to albia my son was really sick and they helped me right away and he was feeling better that same night he sleep well the whole night thank you for all that you do recommend this hospital

All the Staff and Doctors are very nice. Check in is always fast and friendly and wait time is always minimal. Jen Archer is knowledgeable, caring and kind. Never gives you that rush feeling. Takes the time and cares about your problems. Her assistant Kim is also very caring and Pleasant. Highly recommend the Doctors and Staff and this Clinic.

As always, my appointment was great. Jen always takes the time to answer all my questions and go over everything thoroughly. She has been our family provider for over 10 years and wouldn't think of switching. Jen's nurse, Kim Wilson, is top notch as well.

Lori Vitko was professional and very caring regarding my health concerns. She ordered tests to be done as soon as possible and called me immediately after she received the results. I am very confident regarding the tests and her findings. I know I can depend on her in the future as a knowledgeable health care professional.

I have gone to Jen for sometime now. She is always engaged, thouro and does a great job. She is invaluable to your clinic. If I had to make any observation is sometimes its hard to get into her because she is soon busy. Everyone loves Jen!

Recently took my daughter in to see Dr. Harris as our regular provider wasn’t available. He was absolutely wonderful. He talked directly to her as his patient but also involved me as needed. She felt like she was important and heard and he was able to quickly get us on our way to the pharmacy to start mending. I would gladly see him again for myself or kids!

Dr Harris and his nursing staff have been the most accommodating and attentive medical professionals I have ever encountered hands down. Dr. Harris actually attempts to put himself in his patients shoes which requires him to truly try and understand what his patients are going through. With many complex health issues I feel blessed to have crossed paths with Dr. Harris and retain him as my PCP for my entire family. He is both very knowledgeable and informative and I highly recommend him and his nursing staff Kelsey and Stephanie! Thank you guys for providing my family and myself with the highest level of professional care I have ever received in the medical industry!

Dr Kendra Martin is one of the best doctors I have had. She first listen, then she ask questions if she doesn't understand, because it's never the same between people. She is the best doctor I have ever had. If you don't have her, question your doctor

Dr. Harris has helped me work through my stroke. He obtained referrals fast. Had me set up with a neurologist in less than a week. Ordered diagnostic tests the day I seen him. Had a plan set for me to help with my recovery. But most important he genuinely cared. Don’t see that with many doctors these days. MCHC is the best.

Lori has provided the upmost professional healthcare for our family for years. She listens, is very caring, and communicates to you on a level you understand. She’s also great to follow up in a timely manner. Thank you Lori for your service. Patty Graham RN too is very professional, caring, and always adds a personal touch with her patient intake.

Dr. Martin does professional job and treats you with kindness and patience. She interested in your health and well-being. From first time I met with her, I knew she would treat you well and do the follow-up when needed. Top notch doctor!👍

Dr. Archer is one of the best in my opinion. Last visit she spent close to an hour counseling me. She attentively listens and is grounded in her medical practice as she considers practicality and the patient’s viewpoint and concerns. Clinical but not sterile in her bedside manner. She gets where we as patients come from. Thank you Dr Archer.

Kendra Martin is a wonderful Doctor! She is attentive to your needs, caring, she makes sure that you get the best care whether through her or a specialist! I highly recommend her to whoever is looking for a Primary Doctor!

Jennifer Archer was great. She was very thorough. She made me feel very comfortable and they got back to me the same day with my results. I love having a doctor that I can talk to.

This is one of the best clinics I have been to! Dr. Martin, Dr.Harris and all of the staff provide quality and friendly care. I always feel welcomed and I feel heard when I go to them with problems. I also bring my kids here and trust that they will always have wonderful care.
