Dammann Campground

This was our first campground as RV owners and it was the best experience so far! Campground is secluded with a huge pond. Some sites have full hookups but there is a dump site. The owner is super nice and helpful and the area just gives off good, safe vibes! I already miss it!

Jeff and I came down for the weekend and found this campground online. We really enjoyed our time. It is very quiet and secluded. This will definitely be our first choice of places to stay when we come to visit this side of Iowa.

This campground is the definition of a hidden gem, its a very secluded spot with no traffic around, the owner is a straight forward guy who helps you with anything you need. Absolutely beautiful area to camp with huge oak trees that provide plenty of shade. We have a 40ft fifth and we have no problem getting around the camp area. Every site came with a fire pit and picnic table. Any question or problems we had, terry always answered and was willing to help. He has a beautiful lake you can see from your campsite, and walk down too. The entire campground was well maintained and he made sure that everyone followed the rules. There is a walmart 8 miles from the campground But you would never know it being that the camp site is so hidden. If you plan on staying there I'd recommend calling ahead in case you come in late he will just square up with you in the morning. Real easy going guy and super friendly we were upset we had to leave we loved it and will definitely go out of our way to try to stay there again. Highly recommend.

Have stayed at this campgound multiple times. Great location and owners. Good fishing and scenic area. Majority of sites are full hookup and are reasonably spaced apart. Would recommend to everyone.
