I cannot say enough what a godsend Allyson was. My mother had just died and I was put in charge of selling her house. To complicate things, it was stuffed, a fixer upper, and I was out of state.

I did not expect anyone to take on this listing, but Allyson not only responded right away with enthusiasm, she got the ball rolling just as quickly. She oversaw getting the place cleaned out and found buyers for it right away.

I felt no stress whatsoever because Allyson handled it all. She kept me up to date on everything and gave me plenty of time to get my side of things handled. She even replaced the batteries in the thermostat during a showing so the pipes would stay safe. That is attention to detail.

If I had more properties in Albia I would stick with Allyson forever. Since I'm out of state, I'll tell you to stick with her instead. You will not be sorry.

Joshua Flournoy was amazing to work with. I was an out of state buyer and in a venerable spot to be taken advantage of. At no point in working with Joshua did I feel like this was what was happening. He was honest about his thoughts and had no problem telling me if something was overpriced. He went above and beyond multiple times to make the process smoother, including standing and fighting for me as a buyer when a few things got bumpy. He could have easily blown me off given I was a potential "non serious out of state buyer", but his opening email to me showed he cared. I highly recommend Joshua if you want someone to tell you what you NEED to hear, not what you want to hear.
