If you're gonna die, don't do it near this place. Don't die young either. These people, especially the owner, treated my loved one's death as if it was an inconvenience for them despite it being their job. It was the most impersonal, horrible treatment I have ever received. My loved one died suddenly and young, and they gave us no real guidance as to what to do. The owner was incredibly rude to us and made us feel unwelcome. He was very late to our first meeting and never apologized. They ruined my loved one's funeral. It was mismanaged and poorly put together. They asked us to send pictures in and then didn't include the majority of them in the slideshow. They left several aspects out that we asked for. When I asked questions, the owner acted extremely annoyed with me for even saying anything. Never, and I repeat NEVER go here for a funeral unless you want an unhappy, stuffy event that is nothing like what you wanted. I will never get those moments back and I regret going within 100 miles of this wretched place.
