I recently got prescribed a shoe lift after having an LLD untreated for 25 years, I live in Texas and sent my shoes in and got them back in about a week! Very impressed with the turnaround and the quality of the lift, as well as the service! It was super quick and the staff was very helpful over the phone. Carl's Shoes is amazing! They are family oriented and truly take the time to make sure you're happy before you leave. I've been coming here for 3 years for my husband's diabetic shoes and inserts and we've always left beyond satisfied! Today, I had the pleasure of purchasing my first pair of shoes and inserts. I have never felt more comfortable in the purchase I made. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Jeff even makes sure that every customer is happy at the end of their visit as well. We will never buy our shoes anywhere else!!!!

We went to Carls with my toddler and 2 babies. Jeff helped us with all three and was wonderful! Highly recommend seeing him for your children’s shoes needs. So nice and flexible with our active group.

They go out of their way to make sure you have a proper fit & ate happy with your shoes. You have to make an appointment because you get personalized service. I very much appreciate that. I’m a diabetic & have advanced neuropathy. I can’t feel my love or legs & feet, so it’s important to me to be able to rely on an expert who can fit me properly.

Carl's Shoes is a truly legitimate business that is honest and provides excellent service. I needed to get prescription shoes and was going through my insurance. I have broken down the review in three parts.

1. I went in for my appointment, and was taken care of promptly. Time was taken to find a proper fitting pair of shoes. The service was courteous and time was taken for as long as I needed.

2. They took my insurance information right away and indicated that payment is taken up-front with a refund given after the insurance claim is processed. Given their reputation, I trusted them to do things properly and obliged.

3. After insurance was processed, I received a call from Carl's Shoes and they refunded the difference. They showed the integrity and trust that their name symbolizes. I was refunded the amount minus my insurance responsibility as promised.

Today, Carl's Shoes has earned a permanent customer - whether or not insurance is involved.

Went to Carl’s shoes today to get my two year old girls fitted for sneakers. I usually buy all my kids shoes online but I decided to actually take them to get measured at a place that had a great reputation. What an amazing experience! I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped us but she was so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful but most of all so patient with my little ones!! Then, when we were leaving my mom asked could my 3.5 year old boys could get fitted even though we didn’t have an appointment for them and the staff were like absolutely. Four out of my five kids left with brand new shoes today that actually fit their feet correctly. She taught me so much about each one of their feet and how I can even appropriately apply shoes according to their foot type and how I will know if they do not fit. I learned so much! It was such a pleasant, wonderful experience! Not to add it was fun to go to a shoe place and get fitted just like I used to as a kid. Thank you Carl’s shoes for the positive experience today! I will definitely be back with all my kids! You are my new go to place!

Carl's Shoes has been my go-to for my toddler. They are patient with little feet and they really stand by their shoes. When the Velcro on my son's shoes broke they replaced his shoes with no questions asked. Definitely worth a visit!

I could not find shoes that fit my 1 year old. I tried everywhere and online. We went to Carl's, and it took them 3 minutes to size her and pick some great options for her. Turns out she needed wide shoes!! Fast forward to March, and my daughter needed to wear orthotics/SMOs. We went to Carl's, and in 3 minutes, they had Tess sized and shoes pulled that would work with her SMOs. Now, at the end of April, she is starting to walk independently!!!! She loves her shoes and SMOs so much that she tries to put them on herself! If you're struggling to find shoes for your kid, stop wasting your time and go straight to Carl's!! Especially if your kid needs orthotics. You'll be happy you did!

We won't use another shoe store for kids shoes. I have 4 kids, two of which are neurodivergent, and we have an amazing experience every time we go. You do need an appointment now, but I've been able to get same day in the general time frame I want. Megan is wonderful.

Carl’s Shoes has been a staple in Moorestown forever. They know their shoes. If you want a good shoe that fits your feet, this is your place. They also do fittings for orthotics. Make sure to get a prescription from your doctor. Then make an appointment with Carl’s so they spend the right amount of time with you. Your feet will thank you.

I am 83 and no one ever told me that my feet are uneven in size. Well, at least until I got measured last week at Carl's. With a set of inserts - my new shoes fit. I bought both black and cordovan. Had to order the cordovan - only waited a week. Also got some sort of protective spray. I am a satisfied customer.

Today was my first time at Carl's Shoes. I called to make an appointment last week Bob fitted me for shoes and inserts. He was informative and patient and a pleasure to work with. It was refreshing to find a professional who wasn't too busy to do his job!

I've been shopping at Carl's Shoes for a long time. I started by purchasing my children's school shoes there because of the selection. Later, I was having issues finding a pair of good workout sneakers so I went to Carl's. Carl Barone took the time to measure my feet and explain to me that I had been wearing the wrong size for years. The size I wear in shoes is not the same as I wear in sneakers. I haven't had a problem since then. I continue to buy my shoes and sneakers there, and so does my husband. And recently, I brought my first grandchild to Carl's for his first pair of walking shoes and summer sandals. The time the staff takes to make sure you are happy with your shoes and that they fit properly makes shopping at Carl's a unique experience. I love shopping at a family business that has been around for so long.

Definitely go here for your child's first shoes when they start walking! The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly! Before going to Carl's we went to a couple kids shoe stores in the mall and they all said different things about fit for my son's feet and the shoes didn't seem right. It was such a different experience at Carl's in the best way! Their shoe recommendation was perfect. You can tell their staff ACTUALLY knows what they are talking about.

Took a pair of Birkenstock clogs that needed resoling. I was extremely happy with the work done! They look like new (better than new!). I will definitely be taking other Birks there for work! The price (for a half-sole) was truly a bargain as well!

My wife, Mary Anne, was so impressed by your employees, your shoe/sneaker selection and the entertainment offered to our 2 small grandchildren. Your employee, Bob, was knowledgeable, courteous and willing to do whatever was necessary to provide the proper shoe fit for our quite active and excited grandchildren. In the past my wife has complimented your business because of its professionalism. But today she was even more impressed with how caring your staff was with our grandchildren. Thank you for making this a happy existence for our little ones. One last thing, your prices were very reasonable. That's impressive all by itself for a local company!!!!

Beyond Friendly Staff!! I took my 17 month old to get fitted! They were so kind on the phone as I was making the appointment as well as during our appointment. Would highly recommend especially if you're getting your child fitted and their first pair of shoes!

My son and I were helped by Meaghan and she was fantastic! Great service from everyone but she was extremely knowledgeable about children’s shoes and was very patient with my son who is autistic. We got a great pair of sneakers for him and it was a great experience. Will definitely be back.
