Fast friendly service. I understand it takes time to download data from old phone to new phone they did it in a reasonable amount of time.

I recently went into this for to purchase a brand new business phone with multiple emails apps and log ins so I was kind of a pain. Lori took the best care of me. It was the most positive customer service experience I have had at Verizon ever! I ended up purchasing a few more items than planned and I'm going to switch my other phone to Verizon. I will do all of my business at this store, and have recommended it to my friends and family.

2020 update: went in to upgrade to the new 12 pro. Quick and easy and Chris was great to talk with.

Went in to upgrade my iPhone 7 to an 11, Nichole did a great job with the transition. Everything went smooth and she was kind and explained everything during the whole process!

I just had the most excellent customer service experience with Cutter at the Abilene store. Thank you so much for all your help and patience. Give this man a bonus!

Chris, the new manager, was amazing!!! I came in right before he was supposed to close and he was so nice and helpful even though I kept him there a little late. He was able to help me solve the problem with my phone and showed me what to do if I had the same problem again. Thanks so much!!!

I had bought a phone through Verizon online. I didn’t want to try and apply the screen protector or put on my case so stopped at our local Verizon store. Nichole was very helpful with getting everything put together. Thank you!

With the team they have in there now I am super impressed, they go above and beyond for my family every time we walk through the door, from putting on screen protectors to helping us get our bill done and picking out the right case they are all so friendly and positive it definitely beats any service I’ve gotten from going there in years past. Teea is very helpful giving us bill details and was even able to get us a free tablet.

She tried and tried to get my Daughter tablet to update and worked for over an hour either online and or with Customer Service. She was fantastic in trying to make sure I left here satisfied and tablet working properly. She's an asset to the company and she cares about her customers.

I am not a fan at all of cell phone stores, but the one in Abilene has been the greatest experience thus far. They help me setup my new phone, they answered all my questions and even went as far as to briefly explain certain functions on the phone that would make things easier for me. Big time thank you.

I needed a better wireless company and Verizon in Abilene talked to me for an hour and they had everything I needed and MORE! Each month...when I had questions I went over to talk to Nickie and Lori and both of them got me all fixed up! They have professional and critical service...and I tell everyone to use the Abilene Verizon.....hands down!!!!

Great service the lady's working in store were new but where able to call in a store manager from another store to help she had a good learning experience
