Really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and informative. The meal was just great and I did not leave hungry.

Good people good food! Get the pork tender if your in or if you don't do pork the onion rings and beef sandwich are divine but above all else make sure to get some pie! They make it fresh the apple is our favorite.

Whimsical- Service is fantastic and food is good and wholesome. This was initially a nursing home converted to a hunting lodge and restaurant. They did a great job

We love this place. It used to be dirt cheap, but inflation ruined that just like most all low prices. The food is homelike and very tasty. We just really enjoy the food here. The five stars is based solely on the food. The service is ok. The thing that I feel could be improved upon: make everyone feel like a regular. We are fairly regular and it doesn't feel that way. The staff are friendly and all, but it could feel more welcoming. It also seems they go through wait staff like no other. There always seems to be someone different. I will add that we only go there in the evening time.

Ate breakfast here three mornings in a row. The staff is super warm and friendly. It’s 100% a ma and pa restaurant. The food hit the spot. If you’re needing a place to stop off at this is the best.

Quaint little restaurant. One of those hidden jewels. It's may not be fine dining but it is good solid American food. Service was great. Family run and very friendly folks. Had Chopped Steak and some Chicken Strips. Gotta be honest here. That chopped steak was really good. Top quality in taste and quality of meat. Not sure if having a cattle ranch in the family for 150 years has anything to do with it but, yum. Nothing skimpy about the chicken strips either. Nice size, tender and cooked right. If your in Moline, KS or passing through and have a hunger pang give them a try.

Fantastic, place for a casual meal. Unbelievable customer service! Traveling thru the area and stopped for dinner. Restaurant was terribly understaffed this evening. Apparently the waitress was a no show. Russell, cook, cashier, etc was working alone. He clearly advised us that there would be a wait. We were in no rush, so it was not a problem. Juanita, (an off duty employee) was there for dinner with her family, jumped in and started servicing the tables. What an absolute joy, she was!
We spent a wonderful evening at this quaint little place. Ate and talked. We loved every minute. Kudos to this fantastic duo.

Best Food in town..!! Great staff..!! Fun friendly and we serve drinks, steaks and the Best Burgers in Kansas..!! We also have a great Hunting lodge if you get tired..!! Every room has it's own theme.. And the best part it's affordable..!! I Love this friendly atmosphere.. 5☆☆☆☆☆♡

Great home style cooking. I love to have the biscuits and sausage gravy with hash browns, coffee and visit with all the good people. You will always meet interesting people and have a good experience in this small town cafe. And you can get a room for a stay over night to!

LEGIT small town cafe. Fantastic hand smashed bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, and huge hand breaded chicken strips. And, super friendly service- I will go out of my way to go back!

Small town cafe, went in for lunch while taking a break from hunting. Excellent food, I had the hot chicken fried steak and tots, all smothered in gravy and soooooo good. The double cheeseburger was massive, they also have an excellent selection of sides. The pies we had weren't made there but were good, ordered a chocolate ice cream cone but it was vanilla with chocolate sauce on it. Server was personable with a good attitude. If you are in Moline KS stop in you won't be disappointed.

This was a side venture during a recent road trip. Place it super cute. Staff are great. And the food is absolutely worth the drive!
