The owners work the place, which is what I love supporting. Family atmosphere and in Galena everybody knows everybody. Husband & I split Hawaiian Fajuta, fabulous, and had 2 $1.99 margaritas each.

Great service and food! Never had a bad meal and always treated like family. Best Chile Relleno anywhere! Great combos and individual plates. So many delicious choices! It will take you longer to read the menu then to get your order. Great quick lunch or relaxing dinner. I can't say enough good about the little orange building that's nearly on the corner of Main an 66.....or the food and people that loving make and serve it!

Wow, what a gem of a find. Very hot and fresh food. I already had dinner, but had to kill a few minutes and wanted to try this place out. I ordered a bean burrito, and a spinach enchilada. Well prepared and I didn't wait more than 10 minutes to get my food. I will definitely try this place again and provide an update! Chips and salsa was also very good. See pics for full menu!

Leticia and Gustavo are such great hosts. I always enjoy seeing them and experiencing their hospitality and great service. Not to mention their authentic style cuisine! If you want the real thing, then check them out.

First time we’ve been to Galena, KS, just passing through on a road trip and we happened upon this gem!! The food was fresh and delicious, so good I would have to say the best Mexican food I’ve ever had!! We chose from the vegetarian dishes and they were super tasty. The service was friendly and efficient. Small, quaint restaurant with BIG flavor!

The food is great, they make awesome steak, onion, and cheese quesadillas. Service is wonderful, I now use them for my catering as well.

Stopped by here omw home after a long day of deliveries and it's now my favorite! Absolutely the best service ( I believe the youngster was the son, very polite and thorough!) and best authentic Mexican food I've had in a long time! 5 stars!! God bless!

For years this has been our favorite Mexican food in our area including the Joplin area. Not only the food but the family is so very special. We don't like Tex-Mex,,,we love authentic Mexican and moving here from Texas, this is the real deal! Thank you for not going away. We love your food!

Great atmosphere, authentic Mexican, not that typical American Mexican you find on every corner. Their street tacos are BOMB!

Easy drive from Joplin. Excellent prices & portion sizes. I recieved the best service I've had in a long while. More importantly than all of that, my meal was robustly flavorful and didn't taste like a carbon copy of every other mexican restuarant.
I will definitely be going back.

Today was my first time ever eating here and I have heard everyone always talking about how good it was so I finally got to go see for myself, well they were right because the service was excellent and the food was amazing!!! So Delicious!!!! I will definitely be going back again for some more of that deliciousness!!!

The waitress was super nice and friendly! Service was absolutely amazing! Food also was amazing and did not take forever to get to the table still piping hot and delicious! Definitely will visit this place again!

I tried this place for the first time a few days ago and absolutely loved it! I had 2 carnita tacos and I wish I had room for more because I did not want to stop eating. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the environment was relaxed and inviting. If they served margaritas, I probably would go back often.

Best mexican food! Big portions and all taste great. I love the fajita Hawaiian, but trust me save room for their deep fried icecream. All i can say is wow its great!

The food was tasty, love their Carnitas dinner. The Chef and Waitress were very kind and checked that we were enjoying our food. Pleasant atmosphere of a home town eatery with excellent food.

Very hospitable and helpful with a quick takeout order. Awesome food and leftover chips for the rest of the road trip. I need to figure out how to make the queso fundido and borracho chicken. They are amazing.
