We had a day! Traveled 2.5 hrs and just happened to destroy our battery, just as we inched into Augusta K.s. and thankfully saw an Oreilys just as we rolled in. However, we got stuck in the turn lane right in front of the store.
As I accepted my loss and headed toea4dthe store, 2 young men came out and said they noticed us and were ready to push us into the parking lot. We were heading 30 mins farther for our sons senior year, final game! Not much time left. We only got a batterie to help us get the final leg and see the game in Winfield k.s.
(Logan and another kid I didn't catch his name)
Winfield, oreily we went to immediately after the game and exchanged a warrantied alternator and had all the help a man could ask for while I replaced in the parking lot.
Stellar group of young men in the area!

For simple or complex questions, the folks at O'Reilly are always helpful & courteous. If they don't stock it, they can usually get it in a day or two. A good first stop on any auto need.

Jessica was very helpful and friendly when I had to get parts and when some weren't on hand, she ordered them and they were ready when she said they would be.
