This was the most thorough and simple tax preparation I have ever had. The ladies there were super friendly and super helpful. I had some complex tax issues and they handled it so well. The cost was such less than I was anticipating. Thank you Ledgers!

The girls there are always so helpful. Great at what they do. Highly recommend.

They actually explain if you have questions. I was never talked down to or made to feel stupid for asking questions. Was a welcome change from some tax places.

Went on the recommendation of a family friend. Very combative customer service. At no point did I feel like we were working towards resolution, only seemed interested in being right while also being condescending at the same time. I genuinely regret my first, and lord willing, only time having meet and interreacted with Jana McDade.

Just moved to Winfield looking for tax consultant for my business. They did answer their phone with business name but with Hello. I asked if I had the right number as I was looking fir a tax consultant. Shecsaid, "whi is this? I asked if I had the right number for tax consultant to help set up my new business. She said they're not taking new clients. No,too busy. I asked for recommendations. She said there probably are other cpas but she doubts anyone is taking new clients. Very unprofessional attitude. Do not recommend this business, if this is how they treat prospective clients...how's the service going to be ???
