Jeff Everhart with Albright was a fantastic buyer’s agent and I would recommend him enthusiastically. He was pleasant, responsive, punctual, experienced, and knowledgeable from start to finish. We looked at six houses, two of them twice, and Jeff was very helpful in identifying pros and cons of each. I never felt hurried or pressured. He was completely understanding and gracious when I needed to make a major change in direction at one point. He facilitated a smooth contract negotiation and closing process, picking up the slack from a less than responsive seller’s agent.

I would particularly recommend Jeff if you’re looking at houses that may need some fixing up. Due to his extensive experience in construction and renovation, he was good at noticing repairs needed, minimizing the possibility of surprises in the inspection or after closing. He was also able to give me an idea of budget for repairs so I could make an informed offer. He even provided input on improvements to make prior to selling the house in the future.
