Love the employees! I can't begin to tell you how they treated me. It was like a friendship we had for years!

Never have have a problem when I have to go, all be it every 4 years. The ladies are nice and helpful, explained everything I needed and all that. Also helps if you have everything the card says you needs. All in all easy place to deal with if you are prepared and don't act like a fool.

My experience there was so smooth and easy they made everything so joyful and they wouldn't stuffy stuck-up people with attitudes I really enjoyed the time that I had to be there and I also learned a lot in that little time I am thankful that the people that work there was very positive and they like their jobs

I was a walk-in on a Tues @2:20pm. One person ahead of me, she was done quickly. I was there 15-20min total. Both women working there are professional yet friendly. A good experience!

I went to get my license renewed. Both ladies were there today (6-21-18). The lady handling my renewal was named Heather. She was super upbeat and friendly. Greeted me as soon as I walked in!
She got me in and out in about ten minutes. I believe this was the best customer service experience I've ever had at a dmv. Both ladies were friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints about my experience! I was really surprised after seeing the abundance of negative reviews that I had such a positive one! Just goes to show, you can't always assume without experiencing it yourself!

This was the best DMV experience I have ever had. Lost my driving privileges due to some bad things in the past. Had to get SR22 then my license reinstated but had already expired so had to do tests all over again. The ladies there was so nice and helpful. The driving test lady made me feel calm when I was nervous. Would recommend ppl to come here.

I been getting licenses renewed and issued in many different states since 1976. The Winfield Kansas location was the fastest, most efficient and nicest crew is have ever encountered.
Would love to mention names of this warm and friendly staff but i didn't get any. Which leaves everyone and opportunity to go and learn foe themselves

Great location, the staff is awesome and they don't have to wear the gaudy police like uniforms, makes the atmosphere better.

I was in and out in no time and it was a far more enjoyable visit than it's been on the past.

Went in at a non peak time. Was in and out in less than 20 min. Everyone was treated with courtesy and respect. License renewal, not new license, I suppose that would take longer.
