Oh my goodness can't say enough great things about this restaurant! The service is amazing! Skyler has served us many times and always smiling and ready to help! The food is absolutely amazing from the white chicken chili and fresh pop overs to homemade calzones! There is something for everyone here and the atmosphere is so cool because of the historic building!

We have been going to the Wilkin for years, and it continues to be a great place for families to grab a meal. We even got to enjoy trivia, while we ate!

The beer cheese soup with a breadstick is a must try.

Most of the time they bring popcorn to the table , She did not . I go here often. Restaurant was very clean and friendly workers. The waitress came and took our order and charged us regular price when indeed it was burger night and we ordered burgers our receipt it was 4:58pm special started at 5pm and didn't say a word about a special. Other than that visit was great. I will return because I like the restaurant and the food is great.

This place was very cool! Great fish sandwich and there fries were very good. It has been open a long time. I think it was est. 1897. The interior decor was cool. All the tables had popcorn to munch on. Thought that was unique.

Wow! Found us a table to accommodate my dining companion, watched hostess happily seat a 45 minute late large party reservation, delicious bulldog, excellent food (beer cheese soup for pretzel dip, yum) fast service and wonderful atmosphere, Can’t wait to find an excuse to come back!

Food was delicious and the atmosphere was very welcoming and fun. The bartender Clark was awesome!

Really awesome food and quick service. The steak sandwich OMG. So good. Fries are great too. Halloween lighting is a little dark but the bathroom but cool decorations.

I had the 10 ounce pork tenderloin and my wife had the taco salad. We started off with a cup of the white chicken chili and 1919 route beers. Everything including the service was very outstanding. One of the best places I've been to in a while. Highly recommended if you're ever in the area.

I had a great burger (first generation) and sweet potato fries. The kid serving us was great, and the food came very quickly. The burger had an amazing smokiness to it.

First time I had been there in 48 years when it was just a bar . The food was great and the service was good.

We were passing thru for work..... decided to stop based on Google review stating "best food in town"...... well needless to say, we must AGREE!!!! Had the seafood potato skins for an app...... and I ordered a 10oz sirloin that was PERFECTLY cooked and seasoned. My buddy ordered the walleye filet and said it was one of the best he has ever had.......... thank you kitchen staff, hope you enjoyed your beverages. And thank you Wyatt for the great recommendations and fantastic service!!!! WE WILL BE BACK MANY TIMES!!

Great place for a quick lunch! The service is always great!

The food was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly. The look and feel of the building alone is worth a visit, but do yourself a favor and enjoy a beverage, orc2, and some delicious food.

My son and his girlfriend picked this place after going to the Zoo in Whapaton! I loved everything an the server was super nice! Food was great definitely recommend!

The service was top notch, as always. My first glass of soda tasted off- really off! It was immediately replaced and the second one was just fine. My husband and I started with salads. They were delivered quickly and were generous as a starter. I had the Caesar salad and hubby had a garden salad. Both were well worth the few dollars. The grilled salmon was delicious and perfectly prepared. Hubby said his steak was cooked perfectly to order. I always get a popover. They are irresistible! The perfect ending is always the apple crisp! We were kept waiting and I’m sure it was because it was in the oven! Piping hot, ice cream, whipped cream and caramel melting on top and served with two spoons! What more could you want to wrap up a romantic dinner for two?
It was busy for a Tuesday evening and we really enjoyed the mix of young and old. This really is a community favorite and for good reason.
