Very nice, good food, always check their hours. The menu selections are excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. Food comes out quickly and is nicely presented. The restaurant is always clean. The wife says the frijoles are to die for. You can call in your order if you want take out. Chips and salsa are free with your meal. Staff is attentive, but not overly. This is a great little Mexican Restaurant. Located in Parsons Kansas, easy to find and plenty of parking.

Authentic Mexican food and it's great. They have the very best chips and salsa of anywhere I've ever eaten - bar none. Sometimes there is a waiting line but it moves pretty quickly. Their service is second to none and food is brought to you in record time. The staff are plentiful and are always pleasant and friendly. The restaurant is clean and orderly. There is also a bar there where you can enjoy your favorite drink or beer while waiting for a table. The only thing I don't agree with about this place is that the wait staff pools the tips received and then divides it up at the end of the day. In my opinion if you receive exceptional service and offer a sizeable tip, your waiter-waitress only receives a portion of it. Seems to me that a waiter-waitress should receive all of the tip he/she has earned. Nothing more, nothing less... Try this place. You'll be glad you did. I am a local resident and customer and eat there often.

Very cozy. Able to take big groups of people. Waiters and waitresses are very kind. The food is usually exceptional. The environment is very sanitized and tidy. Kid friendly, but does not have a play place for children. There is a bar for alcoholic beverages that is separated from the main eating area. Altogether an extraordinary place to be!

This place....YUM!! One of the best in the area, if not the best. Must try their crisp flour taco, cant find one anywhere near, they are AMAZING!!! Also the chimi, its huge and very tasty. Everything here is homemade and it shows. Prices are very reasonable as well. There's not much in Parsons to do, but we will definitely go out of our way to eat here!

Great food! Large portions. Multiple cheese dips to choose from, enough said. Defenitely a different fare compared to the other Mexican restaurants in SEK. Bar area, bit of an upscale vibe, given the location. Wait staff is attentive and friendly. Didn't try the margaritas, unfortunately.

Absolutely excellent. I'm from OKC, but we always come here when we visit family. Salsa is great, the chicken flautas were delicious. My usual for a number of years was the shredded beef and cheese and being burrito. It is fabulous as well, and also works really well as a chimichanga. Service is very good, and they are extremely consistent in quality.

The best Mexican restaurant ever! We have celebrated everything with them, since they opened their doors, from birthdays to graduations to just because! Tonight was delicious as always!

We drove 2.5 hours just for this restaurant! Amazing food, and completely worth the drive. My only complaint is the wait time, but even that wasn't very long. I'd highly recommend Ernesto's!

Always quality food in here. Good service. You might have a little wait to be seated if you go on a busy night, but it's worth it.

Best Mexican food within 100 miles of parsons.

I have been going to ernestos since I was a kid and it is still one of my favorite places to eat! Great dining atmosphere. Staff are friendly. Food is a solid 10/5! Highly encourage others to go to Ernestos.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. Nobody can make a chimi like them. And their white queso is so perfect. When I get to pick we go to Ernesto's, even though it's an hour drive one way. It's worth it.

Ernesto's is a great place for Mexican cuisine. They have been a staple in this area for many, many years. Their food is unique in flavor and doesn't taste like your run of the mill Mexican restaurant. It's a must try if you're in the area.

Absolutely the best Mexican food I've had in quite a while and it was a good sized helping. Earnesto's and the Kitchen Pass are my two musts when I'm in Parsons.

All I have to say is... I hated Mexican food and after eating here, I love it!!! Great prices for the quantity. There's no fat in the meat. Best shredded beef ever.

The best mexican restaurant in Kansas. We always have to come here when we are back home visiting. Wish we could find a place like this where we currently live but have not had any luck yet.
