If you can find a purchasing to agent work with you, sometimes purchasing items directly from the manufacturer is possible. Especially if it is a very specific part or one-of-a-kind part that they only make. Buying the parts through vendors is a definite because after speaking with their quality service and learning about the process as they go through to ensure that each product meets standards required I'm more than happy to pay the cost for this item. I'm confident that when a failure occurs I won't have any argument especially if it is a manufacturing defect and I'll receive my new product as soon as possible.

Overall good job. The hiring process is slow but there is alot of room for advancement.PROS; Good benefits, pay is fair for the area, the work is easy to moderate, fellow employees are generally kind and helpful, quarterly bonuses
CONS; things tend to take longer than they should
