The people that we visit keep their home and yard very beautiful as several renters do. There are a few there that don't and that would make I hard for me to come home to.

lot rent is outrageous, roads are like driving in sudan, helen keller would be a better manager to return your calls. so glad i got out of there. avoid at all costs.

⚠ Roads that are within the "park" can and will destroy your alignment if you don't see them beforehand

Their management told law when my mobile home was on fire that "nobody
lives there." lost everything and they still expected rent. Roads are terrible and not maintained! You pay for the lot then are required to mow and if you plant anything or build anything in the lot it becomes the trailer parks property. Awful management and maintenance team that plow you in every time it snows!!

They charge you $340 for lot rent and that only covers snow removal and mowing of the lawn in the play ground...I cannot wait to move my home out of here...big rip-off
