This. Place. Is. Amazing. It's right around the corner from Hillsboro's first street art, a greetings postcard mural that Brickmob painted. Our painting crew would pop in for coffee and snacks. I personally had 5 different coffee concoctions and all were simply stellar. The handmade treats were also amazing and I highly recommend the manna bar. The owners and staff are sweethearts plus the decor and cafe layout is super rad. The whole vibe is amazing.

What a treasure for this town. Fresh quality homemade food and baked goods. The three of us ladies met for lunch and the food and staff made us feel so welcome to not rush and enjoy the food and visiting. I had the homemade soup of the day which was a vegetable beef and a homemade granola bar.

This place was such a pleasant surprise! While on a long roadtrip across country, we stopped at the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve and camped nearby the day before. The following morning, we were desperate for our morning coffee and stumbled across Rhubarb Market. The coffee, the breakfast sandwiches, the staff, and the overall atmosphere of this place were top notch. We will definitely go out of our way to stop here on our next trip!

Every time I turned a corner in this place I was more amazed by the decor. Loved the coffee and staff were awesome. Accommodating, enthusiastic, and made me feel at home.

Cute little place downtown. Great Carmel macchiato and pumpkin cheesecake roll. Ginormous homemade cinnamon rolls and breakfast burritos.

Very nice staff, always smiling and friendly. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and just a very neat place with all the little separate rooms to sit in. Free WiFi.

Fabulous coffee shop with excellent coffee and pastries. The family who own and run it are friendly, helpful and efficient and make you feel right at home. We visit every time we are in town.

The drink and cookie were fantastic! All the treats looked delicious, so it was a tough choice. The ambience throughout is phenomenal! There are so many cozy nooks to settle into, either with friends, or even on your own. Beautiful lighting and decor! It definitely won't be my last visit!

This place is just awesome! Great selection of unique drinks with and without coffee. Friendly service. The decor is very inviting. They serve pastry items I think, but were sold out in the afternoon. Such a lovely spot to relax and enjoy their delicious products. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in for a treat.

Dropped my wife and daughter off to get some coffee. They were pleasantly surprised. Nice atmosphere and really like the coffee's that they tried. Also had some chex mix that was extremely good. Prices were reasonable compared to some shops. They will definitely be back.to sample more of the goods.

Heard great things about this place and had to check it out. It exceeded my expectations!! The people, atmosphere, decor, and coffee/pastries were amazing!! The entire experience was relaxing, and I look forward to visiting again soon. If you like chai, the Spiced Insomniac Latte is worth trying.

Friendly staff who go out of their way to make buying coffee and pastries a pleasure. Good selection of coffee blends. Perfect for gift giving ideas. Gluten free pastry options available. Selection of pastries changes throughout the week with some staples consistent. Cozy spots throughout store to share a cuppa with.

What a cool place! Super-friendly people and the most delicious, interesting, vegan potato salad I have ever eaten. If I lived in the area, I would visit often.

Update: It is October, the winds are changing but not the high quality you find in Rhubarb's. Their baristas and atmosphere will being you comfort and joyful exchanges. Locals and visitors can take Rhurbarb with them, buy a signature t-shirt, sweatshirt or a bag of their special roasted beans.
Come in and sip while chatting or grab-n-go do good in the world.
