I always hated going to a car dealership. I rather have a root canal even when my father sold cars. I didn’t like to hang around the dealership, but, they went out of their way at Midway motors in Hillsboro to answer my annoying questions over and over for days and the finance manager was just as kind and cooperative, and answering some tough questions because this was not my first purchase from them, but this was my best purchase experience which started out online and texting with all of that out-of-the-way. I went into the dealership. Everybody has opinions of dealerships and how much they make and how much they mark stuff up, but to me to have the same people working on my car felt safer and I don’t mind paying a little bit more, and if something is too high, I can always go online and Buy it and have them put it in. I have to tell you that I have dealt with two sales people there and they’re both fantastic! so if you’re nervous about going into the car dealership, you can spend some time texting or talking to Lyle or Jen and they will get all your answers and if they don’t know them, they will find out for you . And then if you’re nervous or have questions about the financing or even questions about the past purchase, the finance manager is not afraid to sit down with you and go over it. I now have a beautiful 2021 Buick Encore GX and I never thought I would buy red, but this is chrism , and it’s just beautiful to look at and beautiful to drive. They also loan me a comfortable Buick InVision; which I found to be above and beyond a dealership as I have been put in my lifetime by other dealers in a cracker box loaner that was so uncomfortable you’d rather walk. They are a distance from Herington, but I think you will find the experience great. It’s a real world with things that don’t always go right; and I have had a couple of issues with some parts like a sensor for a dashboard on another family vehicle that never got to the dealership, but it had nothing to do with the dealership it had to do with someone that doesn’t work there anymore and then on the other end, the order would drop off in data base after six months, that’s not in their control! I know if you go through the whole experience and then you’re just afraid and want to back out and did all the paperwork but just changed your mind; they won’t hold it against you. They will try to earn your business so if not then maybe later. they want you to drive away happy. Do unto others as you want done onto you would be adequate for this dealership., not cold hard sales. Also, if you find a vehicle on another one of their lots, they will go and get it and bring it to their lot because they did this for me. I put the sales staff thru the wringer and even though a family emergency came up they didn’t miss a beat.

At first I wasn’t sure I wanted a new car but as soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed! Clinton Jeffery was my guy that took great care of me. He was very patient for this was my first car ever from a dealership. I’m so glad I chose Midway In Hillsboro Ks. I got a beautiful car with payments I can afford! My car fits me perfectly!! Thanks Midway an to Clinton for making my visit so very special!

Went there to look at a pickup that was for sale. It was just as it was advertised. I bought the truck, drives very well. Salesman Clinton was very nice to deal with. I wish now afterwards that I would have had them put a set of running boards on as part of the deal.

Had engine trouble out on a job and Midway Motors Hillsboro went out of their way to take care of us. Every person we encountered was nice, helpful, and genuinely concerned about helping us. Fantastic experience!

Midway Motors replaced my left front ball joint, cv shaft, and fixed my tire when my car broke down in 11 degree weather. My car is running really well now and I couldn’t me more satisfied with the service.

I was due for an oil change and they found a couple things that also needed fixed. I recently lost my husband and it was nice to know they will make sure I have a safe vehicle.
