Walmart Supercenter

Well kept, good selection, employees usually helpful. My only complaint is that they never went back to overnight hours. As a nightshifter, I used to really enjoy having the opportunity to shop at a time that was convenient for me, usually around 12 to 3 am.

Well, its Walmart. The nice thing is that you can make an order and they bring it out to your car. You don't have to go inside. YEAH!

Great help, was looking for a specific shoe size that was not on the shelf, when an associate very kindly offered to go to the back and get the size for me. excellent customer service! Wish that guy still worked there. Gary is always very helpful, and customer service desk is usually good.
A few long timers that make this store run smoothly.
*update* well. They lost Gary. But night shift has a lot of gals that know what's up and run the store well. And of course day shift has Miss Vickie always keeping things in check and on point!

Went to Walmart Supercenter in Rapid City S.D U.S.A two weeks ago. Same Walmart here in Texas. But much good friendlier people in Rapid City S.D. 👌👍💙

I really can't talk about my experience on 6/20/2023 around 11:00. It bothered me so much that I had to come back to file a complaint. I came back and talked to a wonderful associate who exemplifies real leadership in the pharmacy department.

Always friendly service and staff always ready to help you.

Customer service is usually very good... bathrooms could use attention...they are usually kinda un tidy....great people tho

This Walmart regularly only has one cashier to ring up groceries. Today there were 2. It was sure nice not waiting 20 mins in line today. I ride a power cart and having assistance available makes a huge difference. Customer service means so much to ALL your customers.

Was in tonight to find a set of led lights. Not only did the young man Aiden show me the sets in electronics but he also knew where other sets in HomeGoods was located. I didn't end up buying lights but it was nice to be shown multiple options. He is a very smart well mannered person.

Rachel at the vision center was amazing. She helped me with my old broken frames , took my lenses out and placed them into a new pair of frames. Was very patent with me and helped me with all of my needs.

This store is always immaculately clean, professional, and they genuinely care about their customers. I go here to shop and use the automotive service occasionally. They do such a great job! Scott from the automotive department even gave me some tips on car maintenance. In return, I am a salesman at the mattress hub McPherson location. If you or any of the other employees need a new mattress. I will honor a 10 % percent discount for you guys ! Thank you so much and thank you for the advice and mainly going above and beyond ! ! !

kind people, clean showers, good music and a well kept lot! The Hardee’s here is good too especially if you’re craving a milkshake!

Update: store is still really solid all around and has just about everything I need on a weekly basis.

They recently added a new apple soda and trying out the new option had been super enjoyable.

This location was extremely clean, had a massive stock of items in almost all aisles. There's truck parking near the northernmost area of the entrance. Their salads are fresh and the juices cold. Only drawback if any was the warm meat area, for popcorn chicken and chicken sandwiches was closed but otherwise no issues.

Always quick to help and informative but at the time of this review they had people who were there to help you out and check you out but now there are no longer people to help you out with anything and if you call the store you will will wait for ever to talk to someone if they don't hang up on you the people who are there watch you like you are going to steal something or you're going to rob them

Been using curbside pickup the last few months. Super convenient, all of the associates are very friendly and hard working. Process is easy using the app. Like it so much might keep doing it post pandemic.

I absolutely love the new order/pickup program. I have a broken back, and it usually took me two days to recover from my shopping trip, even tho I used a riding cart! Now, this service is greatly appreciated. My only concern is actually getting the groceries into the house!! Thank you, Walmart!!

Super friendly and helpful and when I pick up my groceries the people who load up my car are very efficient, some of them could use a lesson on how to handle the delicate things like bread but that's ok.

Found everything on my list and only had to ask for help to reach 1 item on my list. Every company person greeted me with a smile 😃. Great shopping 🛍 experience. Thanks 😊 to all!

Walmart is always the place to go if you want to get a bunch of food at a great price! Walmart has great employees, great prices, great selection and you can't beat any of the above! They are amazing at price matching, all you have to do is bring in a newspaper from your local store, and they will meet or beat the price in that flyer! Hands down no-questions-asked!
