Roberts Family Dental Care

During a visit with family in Mound City, my temporary filling fell out, on a Friday afternoon! My son-in-law immediately called Annie Roberts. She was able to see me within an hour, even though her practice is closed on Fridays. Annie's bedside manner is calm and thorough. I appreciate her caring nature and willingness to meet my needs. Excellent customer service; clean and neat office. I highly recommend this dentist!

I went in to see Dr. Roberts over a tooth that had a huge chunk missing out of it. I was so nervous, bc I knew I had such a mouth full of issues! I could not have been more wrong. I went in, and her assistant was so friendly, and knew what she was doing. I then was seen by the dentist, and she was literally so sweet, and super understanding. She really took the time to calm my mind about all the issues I was having, and even had other patients waiting on her. She genuinely cares about her patients! She referred me to a dental surgeon, he made the extraction quick and painless, and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly it all went from her referral. I know even my kiddos are so excited now to go to the dentist because of how great she is, and how comfortable she makes you feel! 10 stars if I could give them! Excellent staff all the way around. Great practice with a knowledgeable and skilled Doctor, and a friendly staff. Have had nothing but pleasant and patient experiences even with my children. Will definitely continue trust Roberts Family Dental Care with our needs!

Dr. Annie Roberts and her staff are amazing people. When I have been there for visits they have been extremely kind and gracious. The office is clean, the atmosphere is wonderful. I love that they play Christian music in the background.

Came in for a referral to get a tooth pulled and they had an opening right after me so they filled two of my teeth as well. It was quick and painless. They were patient with me as I waited for my funds to transfer so that I could make sure that I had the money. They were so kind and polite. Dr. Annie and Meredith did my fillings and I don't recall the name of the assistant who took my x-rays, but they were all so nice. From the receptionist (Ginger) to the Doctor, they were nice and took amazing care of me! 10/10 Recommend.

This Dentist cares! Her office is a warm, positive place with good energy... I have had some very traumatic dentist experiences in the past. Let me be blunt, this office and Dentist is the best I've come across out of over 5 dentists over the years. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the receptionist is very sweet. The doctor does really good work. However the dental hygienist Marylin is the rudest person. We took all our kids here to have fillings done. As my 6 year old walks in he asks if he is going to get a shot. Marylin asks him who told him this and he says mom did. She looks at me and says " Do not tell him that" and when I tried to explain to her that we prepare our children so they aren't being hurt and surprised by a stranger she yelled at me infront of my child. She tried to tell me what I should say and not say and that they explain to them what is happening as it's happening and that's totally fine you can still do that with a prepared child who knows he is getting a shot. And when I told her that I knew my child better than she ever would and she just needed to do her job and let me parent my child she threatened to kick me out of the room. I wasn't going to write this review but we canceled all but 1 appt out of convenience and even after I had talked to the doctor and told them I didn't care if she was in the room because she had a job to do and I didn't want to make it harder on them she couldn't help but make a comment today as we left the room. She definitely needs more training and needs to realize that all children handle things differently my son likes to know what is happening before hand and as a result both visits he did amazing. No crying or screaming ect so just maybe I know what I'm doing when it comes to my child.

I will never go back. Knowing how to face and rude ppl can be all because of a issue that haunting to do with this office. It's sad because my kids felt safe and they enjoyed going but now. .I will never set foot inside. I will make sure I let others know.
