Amazing pharmacy!

We are used to CVS, long wait times, no communication, price hikes on OTC medicines and rushed impersonal interactions- Silvercreek is far from that and a refreshing experience.

My son was seen at The walk-in clinic thismorning and a prescription sent to the pharmacy before pharmacy business hours. I walked in to the pharmacy shortly after opening just wanting to get insurance info and our contact info on file and I was expecting to have to go back for prescription in a couple of hours.However, the ladies were amazing and had my sons prescription filled within minutes! They were very welcoming and will be getting our business in the future.

Also,While I was waiting I browsed the kids OTC medicines and allergies medicines and noticed no crazy price mark-ups like I have seen at other pharmacies and stores.

Always friendly, Knowledgeable and caring. They have a great selection of over the counter drugs and medical care stuff. The gifts are also very nice, I have purchased multiple pieces of nice Jewelry for the girlfriend from here. Very nice little pharmacy/gift store.

Always kind, professional and helpful. No matter what our family needs, I know I can count on the wonderful ladies at Silver Creek pharmacy! I will never go anywhere else!!

The medications are filled on time. The awesome younger pharmacist is fast. You get smiley faces! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

The most unfriendliest pharmacy. When I picked up my meds, I was neither greeted or given a consult. The next evening I noticed that the meds had expired in December. I called and the lady was rude, saying that they can expand the expiration date. Why didn't they even mention that when I picked up the meds. My husband is on the same meds and his is one less pill per dose. When asked why the difference, she said I would have to ask that pharmacy (it should be noted that his meds doesn't expire until 12/25).The pharmacy he went to was so much nicer and explained it in detail. I think the Silver Creek Pharmacy is just trying to clean out their old meds. I certainly won't be having any more prescriptions filled at this place because I want to be comfortable knowing that what medications I take are well within the expiration date.. I certainly will be looking for other alternatives for my prescription needs and can only advise that anyone using this pharmacy watch for expiration dates on your meds. if its expired, demand meds that aren't. It's your health.

This pharmacy thinks they have more to say about my medications than my doctor or medicare does. In my opinion if my doctor and my insurance approve my perscription to be filled the last thing i need is a pharmacy that wont fill my script because they dont approve of it being filled until exactly 30 days. Why should i have to run completely out before getting a refill. They think they have to much power. Interfering with doctor patient relationship. Thanks
