Spur Ridge Vet Hospital

This is the Best vet office I have ever been to. They are so caring,patient, and answers all of my questions. They take such amazing care of my little Stewart. They text and follow up on him if I am concerned with anything. Also my sons dog had a problem the other day and they texted me later that day to check up on him to see if his problem got better. All the staff are amazing. I would recommend anyone with a pet to use this vet office you will be very pleased.

The vets make our dogs feel comfortable, even when they need a shot or surgery. We feel confident in knowing the dogs are in good hands at Spur Ridge.
Scruff and Athena love the caretakers, and are happy campers when they stay at the Lodge! When we need to leave town for a day, a weekend or longer, we know our dogs are getting excellent care.
Scruffy is a regular at the Lodge for poodle grooming. He comes home looking dapper, and feeling happy.

I feel so fortunate to have a veterinary clinic so close to me that has incredible service, effective communication systems that save me a ton of time, impeccable cleanliness and a staff/Dr. that I know truly. cares for my dogs. They have helped our family navigate care for our four legged family members with grace and professionalism. All I have to do is tell my dogs we are going for “spa day” and they can’t get to the car fast enough. They love it there. That says it all.

We came to Spur Ridge last year for the first time when our old pit bull needed to be euthanized. They were absolutely wonderful. The whole experience was awful, but the staff knew it and went above and beyond. A week or so later, we received a card in the mail with Lilly's paw on it. I never expected that and was blown away by the caring displayed. We have been back several times since and they are wonderful people to deal with.

Could not be more grateful for this vet hospital! They check in with us after taking our pets in. They take their time and are very thorough. Their staff clearly love animals and are very professional and friendly to the pet owners too!! Our dog is there right now and we’ve already gotten pictures of her by text! This is an amazing team of people to care for your animals!!

As a family with a pet you want the best possible care for them. You will find that at Spur Ridge, their entire staff is so caring and compassionate. They are extremely knowledgeable and a wonderful group of people to work with. Our fur baby ( a Shih Tzu) who can be a little temperamental at time absolutely loves Ms. Jessica at the Lodge She always does an amazing job on his bath & groom. He is never stressed when we leave him there nor when we pick him up. Which means the world to us!!!! Spur Ridge is the only Vet or Groomer we would ever trust to care for our fur baby.

Spur Ridge has been taken care of my pets since they started. Recently my 15 year old shepherd mix reached the end of his time. Dr Brendon and his crew couldn't have been more loving and caring to make his passing easier. He was completely put at ease with the staff it was a peaceful transition. Thank you Spur Ridge.

The staff has always been very accommodating. We had an emergency with one of our dogs, Brendan met me at the clinic at 10:30 or later one evening, stayed until about 2 a.m. and met us again the next morning at 8. Our dog received the best care while in there hands. I couldn't ask for a more caring and compassionate team!!

I love the communication piece that Spur Ridge makes sure they have with the pet owner. They always make sure they’re communicating with me what’s happening and offer quality care for my dog. I also like all of the services Spur Ridge offer and for a great price!

Spur Ridge and all the folks that work there are just so amazing. They are all so kind and gentle with our dog. They go above and beyond to help put the owners at ease as well as take such excellent care of the animals. So thankful they are located in Marion.

We have used them for years with working dogs & our own personal dogs! We even had a special needs English bulldog (a permanent trach) that they knew how to handle & care for. I would NOT use anyone but them. Their staff is awesome & the vets Dr. Krause & Dr. Cox’s know their stuff!!

This is by far one of the best vet hospitals in the area and I have been to several. Very knowledgeable staff who takes time to answer all your questions. Reasonably priced services as well as accessories you need for your animals. They care about your animals just as much as you and provide the great care as if it was their own animal(s). Have been with them for roughly 10 or so years and havent looked at another vet. Best hands down!!

I am so grateful to Spur Ridge for the emergency care my horse recieved. The afternoon of the injury was the doctor's afternoon off but he didn't hesitate to come in to get our mare stitched up. She healed beautifully and was back to running barrels in just a few months.

Have had excellent care for over 11 years from Dr Krause and Dr Cox. The staff is more than helpful with care, instructions, and any questions we have had. They have handled emergencies with our horses and dogs. There is always follow up from them checking on our critters. When Dr Krause had to put down my mare, they couldn't have been more considerate of what I was going through! I can board my dogs with them and know they are in good hands, and when we board dogs they have their hands full. I receive texts letting me all okay with them, they even bathe them before I pick them up. My pups this summer could not have gotten better care and handling. It is such a clean, caring facility, thankful to have them.
