The Old Station Inn

This was the most adorable place I have ever stayed! Pamila made sure my every need was taken care of! The bed was super comfortable! And it’s the best location for checking out the world’s largest ball of twine! Don’t miss it! If I’m ever back in Cawker City I would definitely stay here again!

Cawker City is a little out of the way but well worth the trip. Old Station Inn was a quaint place to stay. Not everyone can say they slept in a gas station. Ate breakfast at Cafe next door. Delicious!

I almost completely missed the “Largest Ball of Twine” because this beautifully restored gas station caught my eye! I HAD to go over to admire what had been done to this vintage gas station. My daughter and I were looking at the old gas pumps when the owner came out and told us they had converted it to an air bnb! She graciously took us in and let me snap some pictures! I CAN NOT wait to go back and stay in this darling little place!

So cool! They have decorated the place just perfectly. Pamila couldn't have been any sweeter. This was a real treat and a wonderful value.

Great location across from the largest ball of twine. The old station was beautifully rehabbed and is a cozy place to stay.
