Sitting at the bar the bartender was very attentive in service with our order. Good food, really like the salsa and flour chips.

Chips, chips! I need to come here and try their food more! We had great, friendly service, the guacamole was awesome, and our entrees were fantastic! Definitely want to come back!

The fajita cheese crisp is always so delicious, the queso is the bomb and also, I love the shrimp or the chicken picado. I usually order online and go pick up there at the bar and it's always ready super fast, about 10 to 15 minutes. One manger got a bit short with me once, but I can't complain because the food was amazing. Love Carlos!!

Love going to Carlos, service is good and the drink specials are even better! I really like the Navajo Taco, pictured below. You can get corn or flour chips and there's super hot salsa you can get for your chips. And the queso is fantastic!

I came here for a catch up with a friend after church. Our server was training someone. They were both super friendly and the "experienced" server was knowledgeable about the menu. My food was delicious and we had enough help, but enough privacy, too! The food didn't take long. MAKE SURE TO ORDER THE FLOUR TORTILLA CHIPS and QUESO! It's muy yummyo! (or possibly mucho yummo...)

We were greeted and seated immediately. The table and chairs were very clean. The waitress was friendly and prompt in bringing us our drinks and warm chips and salsa. Our dinner was warm and DELICIOUS. We very much enjoyed our Chief's win dinner!!!

Quiet place for lunch...meal was excellent...fair prices...prompt service.

They load the food with lots of contents witch is a good because it is a band for your buck. They also give you a lot to drink and the service was great the fried ice cream was delicious. But I have tried the other dessert or desserts.

2nd time to eat here while passing through Hutch. I have a gluten allergy and thrilled to find a place with a decent gluten free menu (have gluten allergy) and chips fried in dedicated fryer. Good food and service.
